I like that you are optomistic but NO WAY! 6 in a row and 7 of 8, just is not going to happen. This team is stiull young and will make mistakes that create losses. I hope they can go 6-5 the rest of the way and end up 8-8 with Losman growing weekly. I would burnb the film from this week and only have JP watch it because can learn from what happened, tell everyone else to forget it and move on!@ The Bears are just that much better!

Do you think Jp still considered a top 20 Qb?
KRT88 replied to Oneonta Buffalo Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He played badly against the best defense in the game and maybe one of the best 10 defenses ever. I still have faith, he had a bad game but exactlky who has had a good game vs these guys! stop it! -
(Bills @ Bears) Official game thread
KRT88 replied to Oneonta Buffalo Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sometimes you get the bear and sometimes the bear just mauls the hell out of you. -
hell froze over and the Bills got the memo. No way the Bills win this game. Bears are the leagues best right now and our O-line cannot handle that Chicago D-line - 23-9 Bears
-
I cannot disagree here at all. However, Art Monk needs to go in and Dawson also. He was the best o-line during his time. I love Kent Hull but he will never make it because he couldn't get the recognition over dawson during his time. Reed will struggle to get in and I have no idea why. I dislike Irvin but he should be in as well. Ralph ain't gettin in. It is a shame that a guy who was one of the real saviors of the AFL continues to get ignored but that is what will happen again and again.

I've seeen every Chicago game............

How many points are the Bears favored by? I would guess the line has to be around 9 -
You gotta walk before you can run. He seems to be walking fine, I am sure he'll get more freedom and play calling will take a few more shots as the year goes by. I like what I am seeing!
-
His completion % is good, his TD to Int rate is good (3-1 - not gonna stay that way) yard would be good. so far I am impressed.
-
I am unwilling to declare stardom but I am very impressed with his play this year and he is getting better. Made only a handful of bad throws today, threw the ball away when needed, his completion percentage is good and overall I do not see how anyone can be unhappy with how he is progressing. The game has definately slowed down for him.
-
you are right but the Reed play would not have been overturned. There was no angled that shows he caught it for sure. I was stunned the TD return was challenged, hey maybe your defense stops them and forces 3.
-
Today is what JP needed. He had a strong day but it means nothing because his mistakes cost the team the game. This is when lots of learning occurs. I think this coaching staff has handled him perfectly and we are starting to see some positive things but they will be plenty of negative as well. Keep your head up and in time we will have one of the better QB's in the game.

Big yardage, bad situational awareness
KRT88 replied to nodnarb's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
a 53 yard FG is not easy wind or no wind. I was surprised we did not punt and play field position. Mooremen is great at dumping the ball inside the ten. However the turnovers really killed us today. They lead to 14 points. -
Where was he in the 2nd half. Isn't this the Buffalo MO. Play real solid in half one and get punked in half two! Why do we come out throwing in the 2nd half when the running game is going so well. Plus WM has got to get into the endzone and not get stopped short. I saw plenty of positives but a loss sucks and it is even worse in the division.

I don't see a 34-0 win today but I like do like the Bills to establish a strong ground attack. JP throws a TD and the Bills win 23-13

State $ should go to improving sound
KRT88 replied to BADOLBILZ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The money needs to go to ensure that the Bills will remain economically competitive. Sound systems and video boards are comfort items but a ribbon advertising board brings in money. The current video board brings in dollars but would a better one bring in more? -
I agree we need the ability to stop a team that wants to play smash mounth but the Bills get after the ball now. It is not easy to move the ball on the team right now and much of what Miami got was late in the game!
-
Is there any color guys Bills fans like? I though he did a solid job. Phil Simms can go watch tape of his son because DD is OK.
-
He will be here only a couple of years. The guy can flat out coach, that was a great hire. The Bills defense, when in attack mode, is scary. When the sit in the base defense they look vulerable to teams that line it up and smash them. However, you can only do that for a short stretch otherwise teams figure you out. Plus, Fewell has the ends playing like demonds. Denney, Schobel and Kelsay are making all sorts of plays and that frees up lanes for blitzes. Anyone notice the ends dropping in pass coverage? Bills running zone bilitzes, something we have seen little of in the past.
-
I mean, that old man is clueless draft Whitner and company. 4 rookie starters on defense, plus I saw McCargo playing. Simpson and Whitner were both making plays and Williams was a brillant 5th round pickup.
-
OK, I'll admit I was too hard on Juron last week but I still firmly believe going for it on 4th was a mkistake however, this week his team was prepared. I thought JP played well even though his numbers were minimal to say the least. No major mistake (almost one, the throw too Royal could have been) but he is playing under control. The O-line is playing well and get the lanes open for some running options but I know the offense will be miles behind the defense. What is up with Ryan Denney? He was a monster early in the game and I began to notice double teams later in the game. All three DE, Schobel, Kelsay and Denney are playing well and the tackles are holding their own, but Kyle Williams looks like a steal in the 5th round. Great effort overall and the coordinators have the team preapred to play! Keep this up because we'll be in most games with efforts like this.

Another (Potentially) Colossal Mistake By The Refs
KRT88 replied to GhostsOfTheRockpile's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I disagree with you, from the replay it looked like he blocked the guy a few micro seconds prior to the caught. Call was so close it could have gone either way. -
1. My dad taught me a long time ago to hate the Phins and that is good enough for me!

Did everyone watch the same game?
KRT88 replied to Blue Chipper's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No, what I want is the fans of the Buffalo Bills to stop feeling that losing is acceptable! Over the past decade, Bills fans have become so use to losing that they take it with a grain of salt. Sports is about passion and I will always be fired up when the Bills or Sabres lose game they should win. They should have won the game today! Ya, I thought the refs sucked. Ya, I disagree big time with the 4th down call However, good teams over come things and find ways of winning. Right now the Bills find ways of losing. They did play better then I expected but this was another game we let get away and when do the guys win a close game instead of losing them? -
Robert Royal = huge waste of money
KRT88 replied to tbonehawaii's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
proof read or go back and edit. I think Royal played ok and I think he is better then everyone else but we'll see in the coming weeks.
