You're the Bill's GM and it's April 26th- 11th pick
KRT88 replied to AKC's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Why is the best WR rated only 27th on our draft boards? The idea is impractial. Better, the top WR is rated #15. -
he's the 53rd rated WR. Somehow I think the guy will be available as a undrafted FA. If his stock keeps rising, maybe he'll be a 6th or 7th round pick. Anyhow, he isn't gonna contribute in the next year that's for sure. Can he tackle? Good special teams players are always needed.

Here's an article that previews 10 wide receivers and

After reading that, I do not know if I like any of them. There, I revert back to my first feelings which was Malcom Kelly is the guy. I just hope they stay away from that guy from California. And exactly why do colleges list a guys height 2 to 3 inches more than they are? I do not understand that one at all. -
1stconcert was way back in 1982, at Sheas, BOC (Blue Oyster Cult). 155 more later and my favorite(s) 1987 & 1994 Pink Floyd shows in Toronto other notable shows would include: SRV w/ Johnny Winters at Darien Lake in 1990 just two months before he died Monsters of Rock Godsmack this summer at the Lake Metallica and Aerosmith in Toronto Queensyrche at Houise of Blues in Mrytel Beach (I met the nad afterwards) Garth Brooks put on a great show - not a big music fan of his Slayer and Testament in San Diego Rik Emmett & Kim Mitchell Judas Priest in 1983 in Niagara Falls, they kicked off the defenders of the Faith tour with the show.

If we are gonna give a 2nd for Turner I would rather:
KRT88 replied to Pete's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree with you. If you can get Turner and still draft a player like Willis and thus fill two the big needs that is much better then only getting Peterson. Too many high end running backs end up being busts. Rather draft a RB later and then in the top 12. Persoanlly, I offer two sawp 2nd's and give up one 3rd and maybe a late round pick for Turner. Swapping first would be like giving up the 33rd pick overall (according to the chart) and to me that is way too much for a backup when starters were dealt for a lot less. -
How Would A Bills Superbowl Win.....
KRT88 replied to Bill from NYC's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'd wear my Bills shirts around every day whith 10,000% pride instead of the usual 100% pride I currently do. However, the title will come far too late my my father, who has been a fan since 1960 and he attended that Kansas City Championship game loss the cost the Bills a trip to the first Super Bowl (AFL/NFL Championship Game). He has alzhemier and his mind is going very fast. He always stated he wanted to be buried in a Super Bowl Championship sweatshirt. I always wanted one Super Bowl win for him and the tens of thousands of fans like him, who have supported the team for years and deserve one shinning day in the spotlight! I am the person I am today because of him and his biggest thing was loyality. I will always be a Bills and Sabres fan because you support your team, no matter what. We we're wealthy but every year he made sure we attended at least one Bills game. We were at the 1990 title game vs the Raiders, the Comeback game, I remember a Monday Night game vs the jets in the early 80's and some really bad weather games, including that Phoenix nightmare, when it rained sideways and there was a negative punt by the Cards. There were countles other games as well. I remember my first game vs Baltimore in Sept. of 78 (I think), when Curtis Brown returned a 102 yard kickoff straight at us into the scoreboard endzone. So many great memories at that stadium and just one Super Bowl championship would mean it all to me and my father. -

OMFG THAT IS SIMPLY THE BEST! -
The whole segment is called FILL TIME. Come on, exactly what is the point of "predicting" for next year based on "0" off seasons moves (OK, maybe a few teams changed coaches). Please at least wait for free agency to start before you run this pointless crap.

Everyone is picking the Colts but for me it always comes back to defense and the Bears defense, though not as good as the one that raped Buffalo back in October, is better than Indy. I believe the NFC is 5-0 when it brings the #1 defense to face the AFC's #1 offense. I look at all these experts picks and they all have tons of TD, that will not be the case today. Bears 23 (2 TD's, 3 FG's) Colts 19 (1 TD 4 FG's)

Washington will make six of seven moves, convert a half-dozen guys salaries to signing bosnuses and suddenly have $22 million in cap space. They do that every year - don't they?
-
I heard all week long that you cannot judge Peyton until his career is over... well I say that is complete BS. This guy turles in big games. What will his excuse be this year. Ya, I know NE is an incredible team with a godlike coach but could you play any smaller? Peyton and Dungy, great if you want to make the playoffs bad if you want a chance to win the title.
-
Ya, I know - being 6-8 has really hurt Jonathan Ogden!

I hate the idea of trading up. I like trading down, get 2 mid to late round first picks and a couple of second rounders and then you can get four good footballers at the same price a top 5 player might cost.

Couple interesting league developments
KRT88 replied to Beerball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Steelers are suppose to be after one of Minnesota's assistants coaches. They have scheduled a second interview. -
I was down in the big easy in Dec. 2003 and the Saints were playing Tampa that weekend. The city was crawling with Buc fans. Everywhere you went there was a Bucs hat, jersey, t-shirt, no way to estimate but you have to believe there were 10-20,000 Tampa fans going to the game. On game day the volume walking up towards the stadium was impressive.

WE have plenty of money were 35 mill under the cap
KRT88 replied to BILLS #1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That is so easy for you to say but in all truth, the Bills are spending a much higher percentage of their revenue compared to Washington and company. At the end of the Nate Clements may not want to stay in Buffalo regardless of the money because this team does not go to the playoffs. If Buffalo offered 7 years 45 million and The Jets offered 5 years 30 million where would you go? I'd be off to NY with a young team on the rise! -
With all these A's, exactly did the Bills not make the playoffs? Many of your A's were B-'s or C+'s. Way too generous with the grading!

Help pick a team to root for in the playoffs....
KRT88 replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The top 2 seeds in both the AFC and NFC have been to 3 combined Super Bowl's: San Diego - 1 (loss) Baltimore - 1 (won) Chicago - 1 (won) New Orleans - 0 Therefore, I wouldn't have a problem with any of these teams making it! I'd like to see San Diego verses New Orleans in the big game the Brees against old team story would be great and the whole Reggie Bush angle would really piss off Houston fans. I absoluetly do not want to see Dallas, New England, the New York's or Indy make up! That is a great website but they picked...Jacksonville...funny they din't make the playoffs. -
The teams biggest problem is that so many of the players, especially the team leaders, do not know how to win a game when it is on the line because the team had had so little success the past 7 years. Winning is a learned behavior and with the right moves in the off season and a strong start to the season, the Bills can be a serious playoff contender next year. However, we have to find at least three starters on the defensive side of the ball, with Clements a sure bet to leave, Fletcher may go and the team must find a big DT because the small and quick idea sounds great on paper but after giving up 140 yards a game on the ground, it works like crap on the field.

I agree but we are talking baby steps. You have to figure out how to win a game or two before you can stop figuring out how to give away another one.

Any1 who thinks JP was the reason we lost
KRT88 replied to milfster1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Was he the reason - NO but he certainly contributed. How many plays did JP make? I have simply had enough of him and I was a supporter. He is not making any progress. Give Nall a shot and find out if you have anything there. Please - the pitful offense needs to change. -
I was always a Ric Flair fan! Flair understood the business and would do the job. Exactly when did Hogan ever do that?

JP Losman I have been a supporter
KRT88 replied to SACTOBILLSFAN's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I have also been a supporter for a long time but I have had enough. I think we have seen this kid best and it just is not good enough. We know what Holcolm can do, maybe it is time to see if Nall has any game. By the end of the season I expect Nall will get some game action because we have to find an answer to the QB question. -
1. Joe Montana 2. Dan Marino 3. John Elway 4. Terry Bradshaw 5. Dan Fouts 6. Johnny Unitas 7. Troy Aikmen 8. Tom Brady 9. Steve Young 10. Jim Kelly This is so tough because Brett Farve, Roger Stauback, Fran Tarkenton, amongst others are difficult to exclude.-
