  1. Don’t tell anyone because it’s supposed to be a surprise, but he’s going to put a roof over ALL of our heads with a dome getting added to the new stadium at the last minute. He just wants to give something back to the fans. At least, that’s what I heard. Not much left to pay the city and county taxes with. It could get tight!
  2. I think that’s probably the GI Docs when they want a bigger boat.
  3. Well, it’s nice to know Von is making a contribution this week. Ugh…. I’ll not going, but thanks for being all over that with good info.
  4. Resources spent in season are usually for desperate reasons, and you pay a premium. I look forward to seeing how it looks going forward, and I want to be smart in the big picture.
  5. ….and if that’s NOT the case, I’m fine with sitting pat for this season and making a #1 WR a high priority next year when we have more cap space and draft capital. .
  6. …for the right player for the right acquisition cost on the right contract given the age.
  7. Congratulations on the mailbox!
  8. I hope it’s much better than the one in Kennesaw, GA. I went twice in their first year (not right after the open) and it was sad both times. I’ll give it one more try now that another couple years have gone by. They benefit from the giant ass college campus nearby.
  9. Pride of homeownership. I like it!
  10. It’s best to do those in alphabetical order. Just trying to help.
  11. That just looks like a bad scrabble hand to me. 🤷‍♂️
  12. Someone needs to cover for the rear retreat. That’s a rule since the days of Jack Kemp. EDIT: I’m apparently getting very old. .
  13. I don’t even know what you’re talking about. The timing of the announcement and enforcement is always a mystery to me. .
  14. HOW long it takes is more curious to me than FOR HOW LONG. 🤷‍♂️
  15. Oddly, I noticed that that has been on a LOT in the past couple weeks. RIP
  16. I respectfully suggest you don’t let @HOUSE within a country mile of that jar.
  17. For the last time, that still doesn’t allow you to shoplift!
  18. He’s in something better. RIP
  19. That’s the thing, even if you’re there you’re not really sure what happened. You could say the same thing the next day! 😂
  20. I would like to have seen his face if you just said “no thanks, I think I’ll take this one with me.” Maybe throw it in the back of the truck or tow it with a bungy cord, see if that gets a rise out of him! I’m probably at the grocery store 6 days a week, so it’s rarely a “big shop”. Unless I get a case of water or something I generally don’t take a cart into the lot. I pay attention to how many steps I get daily, so unless it’s bad weather I park far from the front door and don’t mind if I have to double back to return a cart. I saw Mitch Morse on Eric Wood’s podcast and he said “motion is lotion.” That stuck with me.
  21. Here he is with my wife not too long ago. I think it was shortly before he was diagnosed. He used his platform to help others. That’s a beautiful legacy. “What is the Dikembe Mutombo Foundation? NBA Legend Dikembe Mutombo is the President and CEO of the Dikembe Mutombo Foundation, which he created in 1997. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, the foundation's mission is to improve the health, education and quality of life for the people in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.” RIP That was one giant of a man!
  22. You can do all kinds of things with numbers. https://en.as.com/nfl/what-was-bill-belichicks-record-with-new-england-patriots-without-tom-brady-n/ “However, his success deteriorated significantly once Brady left the Patriots for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In the four seasons that followed Brady’s departure, Belichick’s Patriots made the playoffs only once. With Brady as his starting quarterback, Belichick’s record with the Patriots was 219-64 (.774). Without him during that same span, his record with the Patriots was 47-57 (.452). After Brady left for the Bucs, Belichick’s Patriots went 29-38 (.433) with just the one postseason appearance and no AFC East titles in four years.”
  23. I heard about this first from my wife. She’s done some things with him professionally in the past, and she sent pictures of herself with him, and it’s ridiculous looking with her at 5’4” and him……way up there. What a great guy who used his platform to make the world a better place. RIP
  24. We could go undefeated on the way to winning the Super Bowl, and some people would complain that we didn’t cover the spread. What a miserable way to go thru life. The Bills are a big thing in my life, but it’s really just entertainment. Realize that, it makes life more bearable.
  25. Does Josh just fake it better than Tua?
