We went into a shop in NC this summer out of curiosity. It’s not legal, but they grow weed with no THC content, then spray it with something so it just gets to the limit of what they can get away with. The guy described it as “weed light”. He said “so you just do two bowls instead of one”. No thanks, I don’t know or trust whatever the hell you are spraying that with. I suspect it’s less healthy than something natural, but I didn’t care enough to dig into it. I did get some roll-on stuff for my bad shoulder. I have no idea if it really helped a little, or if it was more placebo affect. Even if it’s just my imagination, being more comfortable is a good thing.

I think you are underestimating the violent brain trauma that can be associated with soccer. Our youngest son played many years at a pretty high level, and could have played for a small college. The ball is hard, covers great distances and you use your head to attack it. Every time our son would head a long ball like that my wife would say “there goes another 10 points off his SAT’s!” Aside from heading the ball, there are frequent head collisions among guys fighting to head it. This is where a lot of the concussions come from, head to head contact. Think about people practicing and playing for decades. That is a LOT of BANGING on your head and jostling of the brain.

It seems like you are forgetting that Davis had 4 TD’s (AN NFL RECORD) in our last playoff game. Since then he has missed or been hobbled by a bad ankle in about half his games. I know, he’s not the whole deal yet, but I think he will be for sure.

Keep ‘em guessing! When Moss was in, there was very little guessing. He wasn’t going far, and he wasn’t going to get there fast. I’m not hating on the guy. It just is what it is. More speed at the RB position is an upgrade. I can’t wait to see how much.

I think the point is, at least for me, nobody wins every play. You need to look at the big picture to have an overall opinion. Even the best players fail at times. Nobody is saying Marlowe is an All Pro, but the general consensus is he can make us a better team. That’s good enough for me. .
