  1. I agree…………….. if you swap “always” for “never”.
  2. That could have been ME for all you know. I am not to be trusted. Ask anyone who knows me. Isn’t his contract almost up? I’m a “no” on 1st round RB’s unless it’s someone far better than an oft injured Barkley and cheap.
  3. I have a niece who came to our house on Thanksgiving and turned off the TV/football game so we could all just talk. I considered “The Wagner Approach”, but there were so many witnesses. It was a close call, she had been invited to the house, she had not been invited to touch any remote controls in the house. Years later, we have come to have a better understanding of each other. I’m willing to bet Thanksgiving goes by without a hitch this year.
  4. I think you can get in trouble for that these days!
  5. Son’s wife is a UGA grad, and yesterday was her due date for their first child. She is as pregnant t as you can get, and she loves her Bulldogs. She deserves something nice. GO DAWGS! Side note: she goes in tomorrow (Sunday!) at 8:30pm (well after the Bills game for my son) if they have a room and start her on meds to make it easier for the Doc to induce her Monday morning. Never heard of that before, but I guess it makes sense. Of course, with Covid nobody gets to visit except the dad and hopefully her mom until after she is released and goes home.
  6. If you’re going to miss a 47 yarder, I prefer it misses left. That’s all I want to say about that. UGA finally gets on the scoreboard. Yay.
  7. ….and the Browns will STILL be a dumpster fire! The “Cleveland Riviera” will take come getting used to. Hopefully they at least figure out how to keep the river from catching fire. 🔥
  8. I hadn’t been to a game in years and remember when I started attending again I was shocked by all the “dead commercial time” in the stadium. You get used to it after a while, but it gets your attention in person. NYC to London appears to be about 7 hours in the air. NYC to LA is about 6 hours, so not that different. BUT, for a west coast team to get to Europe is brutal, as would be the reverse. I know they want the money, but I’m not sure how practical the scheduling and travel would be.
  9. So……………….still nothing? I felt so sure it would be today….
  10. I’ve given up on nails, and should probably think about getting on a list for a new liver.
  11. THIS would be a fantastic turn of events. I think it comes eventually, so why not this Sunday? On defense I’ll say Rousseau with say….a dozen sacks. And a pick six, ‘cause…..why not? 🤷‍♂️ (Is this like the Price is Right where you lose if you go over? If that is the case, I’ll say only ten sacks.)
  12. My only hope is that they run up one helluva legal bill, and he gets stuck paying for both sides after this gets laughed out of court. What’s next? I broke into your house and hurt my knee when I tripped over the ottoman you left out of place? OK, there even I draw the line, but a firm lesson should be there for all to see.
  13. I obviously see the Bills as being favorites, but 14 points in an NFL game is A LOT! I realize we generally lose small or win BIG, but that is a mighty big favorite! I’ll take a W, any way we can get it.
  14. Like Tua’s? But with the ability to survive?
  15. I enjoy watching the suspense rise, all while we move one day closer to forgetting where we hid the Easter eggs. Soon I won’t remember what I’m waiting for……
  16. I was a very different person 30 years ago. I was much younger. Oh, and I hope I have grown some over that time. 😋
  17. He FAILED! Hey, some of our audience prefers to focus an all things failure. But mostly if it’s the Bills.
  18. Those guys will fit neatly within 10% of the 10%. Transient cities don’t have fans like the Bills fans. .
  19. There should be a hotline you can call or something…..
  20. I’ll go with Professor Plum, in the library with the candlestick.
  21. I worked one summer making aluminum caps to cover wood that would rot around windows at an apartment complex. Cheap construction and every piece of aluminum had to be cut and bent to order so they would fit. This meant a LOT of scraps. Shortly after lunch on Fridays I’d gather up all the scraps in trash cans and take them to the recycle joint. I think we got 22 cents/pound for the scraps, and it was enough for beer money for the three of us every weekend. I was a fixture at Rudy’s Tap Room by the apartments every Friday for Happy Hour! 🍺
  22. Very true about the bold. I’d love to be rich, but I’d hate to be famous. I’d like to think that I would always be gracious, but it must be tough if you can’t go out to eat or drop into the grocery store without be approached by strangers. I’m not an autograph guy and tend to leave famous people alone, but I understand folks wanting to say hello, Go Bills or get a pic. One bad experience wouldn’t bother me much. You never know what they are dealing with that day. Maybe their dog just died, who knows? But when you keep hearing the same reports about a guy from different people, maybe that’s just who they are at that time of their life.
  23. I believe it’s $5k, and don’t tell your wife. That is customary.
  24. I’m sure he tested his mother, as almost all kids do! 😋
