Isn’t it funny that he could have the longest running daytime game show in history, with a healthy resume before that, but that one role is what so many of us think of first. I’d love to hear him talk about the decision to take that part and what it was like to experience it. I’m sure it’s out there. I also wonder who dreamed that up, if it was Sandler or one of his writers? People make fun of Sandler movies, it’s more “fun” than “film”, but they made him rich and he’s had some funny stuff!

If you and I come up with a solution to consolidate all the streaming and cable options into a seamless operating system with just a couple touches to get anywhere, something that made everything easy to everyone……..we could build our OWN stadium downtown, complete with dome! I guess like a retail store, they want you to browse everything else they have to offer to maximize profitability. But pissing so many new people off is also going to bring some immediate dissatisfaction. I hope it’s just a glitch they figure out and resolve. At least the old deal (once you negotiated access) was simple. I’m fond of simple, but it’s not true that that is my middle name. That was just a nasty rumor.

Feel free to give it a try, and good luck! Unfortunately I think you can set it up for about 5 TV’s at your residence, and only one more user remotely. At least, that’s what I THINK it said before I got frustrated and left it to my wife. I must say, they did not do a great job of making the signup easy and intuitive. I couldn’t text during the game with my son last year as I was a couple plays ahead of him. Even in my own house I can’t synch things up exactly.

He had to retire his coffee pot, unfortunately. But if we have to sacrifice some small kitchen appliances and/or family room accessories to appease the Football Gods, so be it!

We’ve had YouTube TV for a while thanks to my wife. Now I just need to get subscribed for Sunday Ticket. I HATE that I don’t really know what I’m doing out of the gate, but I’m thankful I get a weekend of football to try it out before the Bills open on Monday night. By week 2 it should be smooth sailing. EDIT: I stand corrected. We had the YouTube app, but not YTTV. I HOPE I’m set up now, but I’m glad we get a weekend to figure it out. .

Never having met him or been at a practice, I can’t say I know that, but I do like the way he seems to fly to the ball. Under no circumstances am I qualified to judge with much conviction, but I look forward to seeing more of him. Unfortunately, I doubt it’s at MLB any time soon.

Ahh, to look back fondly on the good all days, and wish we had at least that. I’ve got it set to record on NFLN Sunday at 1pm, for anyone who is wondering.

Our problem just might be the vastness of the spectrum. There is a lot of space between “perfect” and what Vick was up to. As much as I abhor his behavior, I’m able to hope he can find a positive and productive post-football life. I’d like to acknowledge where we are, and then look forward.

I come from a family full of teachers and school administrators. I can’t blame the schools - some of these kids stand no chance due to their family lives. It’s not the schools that ruin them. Michael Vick did not take a high school class in dogfighting, I’m quite certain.

He is Von until Von is Von, then we have both of them plus Groot. I must say that is a tad exciting. For once the stars must align!!! I did not realize he was 6’5” as mentioned. I found that interesting.
