New York City is truly special around the holidays. There is an energy that is hard to describe. We took the kids up before Christmas one year and we still talk about that trip years later. NYC also looks and smells best when covered in snow, sadly.

Hey, I’m not judging or anything, but I’ve never had a gift wrapped dude before. 😊 I see all the QB gifts to their OL and it must be a bit of pressure. Seriously, what can you do that’s at least a bit unique and interesting, that will appeal to such a diverse group of people? Something between golf clubs and Gulfstreams. Regardless, these guys seem to find a way to have fun together, and I LOVE that! Enjoy your 6 hours, Josh!

I was excited for my first game when the new Atlanta dome opened. I kept hearing about the great concession prices. I went in early and got a beer. I later tried at least 2-3 times to get some more of this affordable concession stuff, but there was no way I was going to miss that much time to get to the front of the line. Apparently a lot of people were more interested in the food you could not get to than the football game. It’s not cheap if you can’t get to it.

What’s hard to realize is I have my Halloween costume on under that. Every damn year……

I think @Ice bowl 67 is still around from time to time. He could be for real and truly Wisconsin Nice. My sister lives in Appleton, and people are really like that. When I went to the Bills game there a few years back I walked all over town in my Bills gear and I kept hearing “Welcome to Wisconsin!” It was a thing, like “Go Bills” apparently, because it happened multiple times. I think old Ice is either too nice or too smart to get eviscerated here.

I’ve been watching football for a very long time, and until today I had never heard of a one point safety. I wonder what else I don’t know?

I don’t think our snowblowers can put up much of a defense. We are still doomed…..

When I met my wife I had 2 Golden Retrievers who had been with me since college. She was recently talking about how when we first got together they would lay in the bed and keep us separated. They took their duty very seriously, and we were newlyweds. Damn dogs had to learn!

If by “everything else” you mean the fans, then yes. Absolutely correct. I travel to every Bills game I attend. There are flights and hotel reservations and car rentals…..and all that would be screwed. This blows, just like playing the Jags for their 2nd straight game in London. It never should have passed the smell test.
