I don’t ever invite anyone to the house for Bills games. Last week I had everyone at the house for the neighborhood holiday party. The “Committee” (a bunch of old ladies up the road) chose the date and time. About 65 people showed up at halftime and seriously messed me up. I attempted to filter my language, but they could hear me down in the basement. What a disaster!

So, the only team in North American professional sports with a better winning percentage over the last 5 years? Yeah, we suck alright, but the fanbase can be far worse than our defense.

Xavier lost a Big who would have started to an ACL right before the season, and that’s where we were shallow to begin with. .

I want to watch the Crosstown Shootout between Xavier and Univ of Cincinnati, but it’s only on ESPN+. I’m not adding any more streaming services just because I’m told I need them to see a game. Therefore, this game is indeed unwatchable, and I’m kinda pissed. Third game in a row on ESPN+ that I am missing. When Big East Conference games start almost everything is on FS1. I’m for player freedom and reasonable compensation, but between NIL, the portal and the annual upheaval to the roster, I just care less than I can ever remember.

You had me at bathroom. I was with a group that was taking people from Sarasota up to Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. They had a full tour planned, from the press boxes to the locker rooms and the pirate ship. The walk on the field was amazing, it’s like a damn putting green! The plan for the tour was amazing. The plan for transportation was more spotty. It’s fun getting on board and everyone immediately grabs a beer. This is going to be FUN! Beer is flowing, it’s an hour ride. I was fine, but it was amazing watching face by face as they realize there is no bathroom on board. They get quiet and their eyes look all serious.

I was at a Frampton concert there, and I remember seeing a guy walking by in a daze! Or, maybe it was a mirror. Hard to say at this point, but I know I got home somehow. This game day express thing sounds ideal if it actually works. If you can’t have the stadium downtown, make it easy to get from downtown to the stadium. The driving and parking, then drinking and having to return home, is not my favorite part of the day. I’ve enjoyed cities like Nashville and Cincinnati where I can just stroll from my hotel to the game, then wander back when it’s over. .
