Jones deal was good deal for giants situation. He manages dabolls offense well, exceeded expectations. Allows them to stay competitive for a few years while they try to find their franchise qb. From a front office perspective, letting him walk without another QB in place is a great way to end up fired in a few years. The contract looks high but that's just the newest QB deal effect

RB$ circling the wagons for fellow RBs
BillsShredder83 replied to Big Blitz's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think this a lot. RBs see less workload then ever before. Committee is basically the gold standard, on top of it, teams are running way less than before. 2000 and earlier there were bellcow backs eating carries and playing till they were 30 (higher?) What the heck changed that RBs just magically die at 27 now????? So weird to me. My best guess: Players on defense are faster then ever. An aging RB used to still have a step on them, plus their other traits. Now they lose a step, and it doesn't matter what other talent they bring to the table, the whole defense is able to fly to the spot. -
Hopkins released by Arizona (7/16: signed by Titans)

I kinda like it. who knows (doubtful) it works out, but something we shouldve been doing during the drought! this type of strategy couldve easily landed us russell wilson. that said **** the titans. not cause of DH or their drafts, just cause i truly hate that team! -
I generally agree. Playoffs is a different animal. Teams are going to sell out to stop your #1 weapon. That's why you need 2 weapons in today's NFL. If a D sells out to stop Diggs, there's no reason Gabe (or any real #2) shouldn't consistently torch the defense. Imo the problem is Gabe only able to create separation on deep routes. Commit the resources to shutting down Diggs, cheat towards guarding against deep stuff on Gabes side, force him to beat you on short stuff (which he can't). Diggs also needs to step it up but IMO Dorsey didn't do him any favors this year. Bottom line we were too 1dimemsional. If you don't have to sweat a run game, aren't worried about a #2 hurting you, aren't getting any pressure from the slot, you're gunna have some success

Referencing something in the show? Something he did in that game made u appreciate him as a human, or as a player? i took it as human, but unsure what youre referencing

This! Soooo much this. There are a bunch that are incredibly naive to this around the board. I'm a glass half full guy around here, but this is spot on. 👌 Poster boy for this is Gabe. Hovering over his 2022 stats looks like he had an okayish year. Look closer, there are 9 games dude was INVISIBLE! take away his Pitt game and even his season totals start to smell. The reason I bring this game up is it was a huge Stat padder. Take away his presence in that game, we still win by 2 scores. Desperately praying someone steps up and cements themselves as a true #2 option pass catcher(wr/te). That doesn't even mean Gabe doesn't start at outside WR. That production can and probably will have to come from the slot. Ideally, Shakir/Harty absolutely destroy in the slot, and pushes Kincaid to play off-line. Our best season was with Cole 2020. My favorite version of our offense. Dink n dunk chain moving offense. It was consistent (we lived by boom/bust last year). Let the d catch their breath. More plays seemed to get the offense in a rhythm. Rarely went 3 and out. That was also Gabes most effective season. Drive killer as a #2 option. Serious weapon as a #3

The only thing that comes to mind as being valid here to me, is the amount of shotgun we run. I think Josh being back there helps him see a lot more whether he's running or passing, but it doesn't do our run game any favors, making our RBs take their carries out of a draw type of carry. I don't know this is what cowherd is talking about though

Wachovia bank (now Wells Fargo) turning a blind eye to washing Cartel money also immediately comes to mind https://www.theguardian.com/world/2011/apr/03/us-bank-mexico-drug-gangs#:~:text=During a 22-month investigation,of the giant Wells Fargo. -

Not really. Stef slot, Gabe & Nuk on outside. Kink at TE. Even if they move Gabe to bench for some snaps, the guys a killer #3, and a drive killer #2. Hes not opening up the field for his teammates, but he is able to eat a defense other players have opened up, thats literally a #3. So, Stef & Nuk outside, Kink in the slot, while Gabe gets a breather. We can still like him and consider him a #3 -

Im all for non-violent bank robberies! Oh no, our oppressors temporarily lose .001% profit. This is front page news, but when banks get caught committing atrocious 9digit financial crimes, its crickets. F*** the Cheefs, but i stand with "forgotten nickname here" -

That industry is wildly unregulated, and that guys selling things at a 500%+ premium, that cost $50 lol There's a million tricks, different dude, photoshop, airbrushing, not being 45day, trenbolone etc etc. Not being a hater, or at all criticizing you, how would the average 99% population know? I can assure you though those claims aren't just unrealistic. It's a bold faced lie lol -
He's guilty of violating the Hot to Crazy Scale lol she was thiccc though

LOL i dont hold anything against him for doing it, other than it probably causes him an extra meeting next time hes in house. Wish he werent a Chief, cause I wanna cheer for him, and regardless think he goes off this year Side note: people hating how he talks.... we have a 53 man roster w/o practice squad. SPOILER: we have 1 or more guys that talk just like that! fortunately they keep it on field/locker room "I'd rather have to help cool down a teammate, than have to try and pump him up".... paraphrasing, and 90% sure thats a Diggs quote, great quote regardless. I want killers on my team, that are just enough on the leash to not kill people. Now flame away, cause this wont be popular here lol LOL agree. And there are a ton of minds in front offices that believe the same. Every dude here has a Hot to Crazy Scale lol GM's have that..... if dude didnt play football, growing up where he did, he wouldve been killing and selling drugs! Do i want my sister to marry him? No. Do I want that guy on my team if he can stay within a wide set of bumpers? 10 outta 10 times. Dudes doing pretty good for himself really

Tl:Dr boomer rants that Josh, the 2nd most prolific passer in NFL has become a celebrity. Do you think he filled out a formal requesting paparazzi camp in the bushes? Are players not allowed to take a few day trip to Mexico? He's dating a B list celebrity I've never heard of lol That's actually the cleanest thing he could do. When you're rich already, you can not try to date a regular. These women would cause problems trying to grab money. Poking holes in rubbers. Making crazy claims when they break up chasing money. I'm glad you took a minute away from sitting next to the window, listening to police scanner though. Dinners at about 3p? Got time to hit up a movie on Turner Classic still!

Nobody is taking ostarine to pack on muscle, and anybody who is trying is going to be underwhelmed and only doing it because they're scared of needles. You could take the stuff for a year and you'd look no different. What it does do is increase growth hormone and igf1. It's for recovery from injuries. The risk reward of using it again is probably the worst risk imaginable. All risk, zero reward on the "enhancing" side. Its not going to change your performance on the field. What it's good for is helping an injury like he had been fighting that year.... not that you care. He's recovered from the injury and healthy, like he's always been. Would love to see you Pikachu surprise face if you could see how many players are taking GH 😂😂😂 it's probably 98%, and should be 100%. Let me guess, you don't take creatine so you can stay natty -
Thad Brown the first to be offended by Josh
BillsShredder83 replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
"Thad" Lol I've honestly seen anyone named more appropriately in my life. Thad was the kid that told the teacher someone was eating a small snack in class. He tells people his mom is his best friend, but he's not even her 2nd favorite kid. He sat at the all girls table at lunch because he got made fun of less there... to his face. Has intercourse through the fly of his favorite dinosaur onsie. Brings his lunch to work, baloney and ketchup sandwich. Seriously, what kind of kitty behavior to try and pick a fight with QB1, over the simplest rebuke of his opinion. The dude would rather be "right" than watch the offense go off. Seriously, you can not tell me this dude is a Buffalo Bills fan. He's not. Even if you think you're right, you out your opinion out there already. The family is trying to put a disagreement behind them. Shut up and let them do it, tHaD -
I think both these players are more of a fit to replace poyer then Hyde. Generally fit to play closer to the line. Poyer and Hyde are pretty interchangeable in they can play each other's positions. After this year when one of them leaves, we'll have to switch back to each safety being locked into their position, either FS or SS. But I'm a message board warrior with a brain injury, and no hard knowledge of our scheme. Ole' eyeball test....I could be totally wrong 😅 🤷♂️🤷♂️ Even If I'm right, someone dumber than me could convince me I'm wrong. C'est la message board vie

In fairness it doesn't matter what any of our emotions are. If Rapp puts us in a better position to win, staff will move forward with him. I love damar, followed him at Pitt. Was stoked to draft him. Likes his potential. But if we go Rapp, I won't feel bad seeing damar leave. I wanna see him on a team with best chance to see the field more often. I'll pull for dude harder than I've pulled for any other former Bill. He ain't gunna let that happen without a fight. Traumatic experiences can really change a person. Would not shock me if he came in this year locked and dialed in like never before. Let the best man win, it'll make them both better.
