  1. Agree with most everyone. I would add that from a personal standpoint.....the game is imbalanced too much in favor of the passing game/QB....too many ridiculous replays.
  2. Not a chance they smoke us. We are motivated, and revitalized after this weeks events. Saints are due for a let down, they are not as good as their record.
  3. Dude if you think things are bad now, just wait until Tyrod is injured and see where this season goes. SMH
  4. Even Romo mentioned that they didn't respect our receivers. They didn't respect our QB so much that they spied him with 2 guys and rushed 5 guys at him all night. This because they knew our receivers were not a threat deep. The game was played in a small box and Taylor did well to complete as many as he did.
  5. We had a problem up front last night because they DID NOT respect our receiving core. They were able to stack the box, stuff the run and rush 5+ every play. Our line could not handle the rush 1-1 at all. He is not the reason we had problems last night.
  6. #1 offensive line play #2 Defensive front #3 poor tackling on defense #4 turnovers #5 penalties
  7. I think this is an interesting topic. Have to think about it a bit more. What comes to mind immediately is, yes there needs to be a balance between the 2. I think talent is the basis and character is an add-on. Player development is extremely important and that is coaching/organization (some call it culture).Everything matters at the end of the day, and the whole thing is more of an art form rather than an algorithm. My 2 cents.
  8. Amen. We got our asses handed to us up front on both sides of the ball, and made a ton mistakes (missed tackles, blocks, assignments, penalties, turnovers, coverages ......)
  9. Do you seriously think the Dolphins are better equipped to mount a comeback than the Bills? There are really very few teams that can comeback from more than 2 TDs, the Pats are one for sure. But, the Dolphins are nothing special compared to the Bills comeback wise.
  10. I'll go with the over and say 8.
  11. I agree with this. As a matter of fact, the rookie Jones is probably on a short leash now...he better produce. I also think Streeter will be brought back and we will plenty of speed. The only people really upset with this deal are the people who think it was a mistake to trade Watkins. I was a fan of his, but frankly these guys have been right about some of the moves that were hard to swallow. Our resident experts have a hard time admitting they were wrong.
  12. Hope the long trip doesn't wear us out.
  13. So that's your standard for a good teammate? You are aware that his mother died and it impacted him greatly aren't you? His teammates in Carolina sure didn't think he was a bad teammate as you suggest.
  14. There are so many things wrong with this post it is absurd. Did Beane ever say he was the Kyle Williams of WRs? What is he embellishing exactly? I've heard many reports from people other than Beane that he is a good teammate, all he was saying! Of course you have to take him with a grain of salt. You call it a boulder because you seem to be disappointed in his supposed lying to the media. Do you know something about Benjamin that I missed?
  15. Not a fan of white facemask!
  16. It was a joke Mrs. Whaley! Next time I'll .... JOKE COMING:
  17. While he's at it, he can call Whaley and ask him why he moved up #4 to draft SW.
  18. Go to the goalpost and jump really high!
  19. That organization couldn't be a bigger joke!
  20. WOOOOOOOO!!!! Thank you McBean
  21. He's not going anywhere. Leroi said in Shoutbox earlier don't expect anything substantial tomorrow.
  22. LOL!! Thanks for the take. NOT
  23. I like that second one. Loved Doctson coming out of college
