    If he plays a role somehow in us getting up to draft Rosen,Darnold or Mayfield I'm all for it.

    I think this is a good move-if done. He's experienced 15-15 as a starter, 60% completion, 81 QBR, average QB. You can win for a week or two with him....That's a decent backup. Best part is he's only probably 4-5 million. And, it means tradeup for Rosen,Darnold, Mayfield. If we draft one of those guys I want him playing...not sitting behind McCarron.

    Nice work. Glad you've come to my way of thinking on this. I've been saying this since the Taylor trade. It is all a very plausible scenario, maybe the most likely one imo. We have to remember there are many other variables and scenarios, many of which are truly random, yet to play out. Let's hope for the best!

    Agreed. imo more likely they sign someone like McCown or Moore not Keenum or McCarron. We're moving up.
