  1. You said awhile back "we're moving up-book it". I guess you still feel that way...and if you're right I'm loving it!
  2. Indeed this is almost assuredly an attempt to maximize his value on the market.
  3. This quote makes me wonder if bringing in another CB who could start on the outside isn't an option McB is seriously considering. The thought of Davis on Edelman in the slot is intriguing.....bringing in another boundary corner (Gaines) if it fits within our cap dimensions, or drafting a good one is dirty. We switched to an awful lot of nickel last year.
  4. Great, well thought out post! You are a good addition to this board.
  5. I want us to move up and draft an intelligent, and talented passer like Josh Rosen. If some can't handle his political views shame on you.
  6. https://accuprosports.com/grades/ And #30 out of 36 mock drafters is Chad Reuter. He usually does this bad too, not a fluke!
  7. FWIW. He was one of the lowest rated players at his position by PFF. To the eye, he looks like a poor mans David Harris. Not real fast, but heady, makes tackles, weak in coverage against quick backs and receivers. I don't know what he wants, but its not a huge loss to let him go because he's not that great.
  8. We should be looking to organize our backfield the way teams like the Pats and Eagles, by featuring different guys in specialized roles. The depth and injury problem is reduced and you don't have to spend as much as you would with frontline RB talent.
  9. I think we need some power in the backfield...no more TOLBERT....perhaps Ivory can fill that. Michel is a good receiver and blocker as well, could be Shady II. I don't think he's been overused in college either.
  10. His name is Sony Michel! Git R done McBeane.
  11. McBeane, Bandit and everyone on here believes it was a good deal. Who doesn't......YOU! smh
  12. Dude....you have some of the most awful takes
  13. No Bills in the article. Jeez... I think the experts don't know what the Bills are doing.
  14. This is good hear! I was hopeful.
  15. After reading this book over vacation I have changed my tune on this subject, spending that much on a QB will leave too little and I wouldn't do it. Caponomics: Building Super Bowl Champions It is almost absurd to spend 17% of your cap on a QB who isn't truly elite. So it may just be me, and the Vikings will jump right on the Bandwagon and go after him. They will have Diggs, Barr, Kendricks etc. coming up at the end of 2018 too. Again, I could be wrong, they have weapons and a defense. IAnd, they have cap space right now. Maybe they structure the deal some other way. I'm not doing it. I actually think its good for the Bills.
  16. I don't believe this hurts the Bills because Minnesota isn't going to sign Cousins. Not buying they are going to tie up half their cap space with the guys they have coming up after 2018. AJ McCarron makes more sense.
  17. Sign me up for Josh Rosen and Ryan Fitzpatrick in 2018.
  18. Anybody else find this interesting? Did NFL teams overreact to his interviews? I think it's possible they did. NFL Combine Grades 2014 Draft(draft#,Grade): #3 Bortles 6.4 #22 Manziel 5.9 #32 Bridgewater 6.3 #36 Carr 5.8 #62 Garappolo 5.4 #120 L.Thomas 5.4 #135 Savage 5.2 #163 Murray 5.2 #164 McCarron 5.7 #178 Mettenberger 5.3 #183 Fales 5.2
  19. Interesting. I'd forgotten he had either real or flawed beliefs he would go as high as first round. If the old scouts not caring for his personality is true, which is usually BS, I think higher of him. He could have been underdrafted and with his experience he could be a decent pick up.
  20. Armani Rogers is only a freshman so keep an eye on this dude, could be the next Josh Allen!
  21. How can you pass up this with your high first round pick?LOL Yes it takes ALOT of imagination.
