  1. Got a worm in my chicken with broccoli at a Chinese restaurant one time. Never went back.
  2. No they certainly don't have to be ghetto for sure. I am just point out that it is logically silly to assume you are likely to get shot in that scenario. You aren't. In some situations your odds of getting shot are higher (like perhaps in a situation where you are in a ghetto or another higher risk scenario) I don't see this is one of those high risk scenarios. But regardless of whether the odds were very high or very low, I still applaud any citizen who has the balls to stand up against it as it is happening and actually take action. I think it was the right thing to do. I wish more people had the courage to do so. There would be less crime.
  3. They failed to report most of those guys were from Buffalo. ?
  4. Come on dude. What are the odds of someone shooting you in this situation. It's not like the guy was in a ghetto standing on a street corner wearing bling with his pants hanging down half off his ass, hat turned sideways, sporting a red or blue bandanna. Most of America is not one giant ghetto. Why would you ever object to a person doing the right thing in a situation like that? Most people don't have the balls to hold a stranger accountable for being a dbag thief like that. I applaud anyone who does. It is good when people police their own community in scenarios like this. It is not okay to take it too far. But it is definitely good to act within reason. If more people acted in those situations, there would be less of those situations. We owe it to each other to hold each other accountable. It makes for a better world to live in as long as you don't take it too far. Just my opinion.
  5. I was at a local restaurant and served by a guy that had tattoos up and down his arms all the way to his wrists. I almost puked. You can't wash that skank off. Never went back. Filthy animals.
  6. Some years ago, had security cameras record 2 idiots stealing from a job site in Buffalo. Overnight they stole a detached bucket from the front of a small loader. Took 2 of them to rock it and struggle it into the back of their pickup. The Buffalo police took the video, went around to local scrap yards and identified the guys who stole it and scrapped it. The guys were arrested. Turns out they had a long history of doing that sort of thing. Felt good to see the police actually doing their job - actually investigating a crime and making an arrest rather than blowing it off because it was too small-time for them to spend time on. Best part was that the bucket was sitting right under a giant sign that said "24 hour video surveillance" - and there was a security camera right above the sign pointing right at the idiots as they stole it. Apparently some criminals can't read and/or don't know what security cameras look like. And the cameras were installed less than 24 hours prior to the crime. Perfect timing. I guess some guys just like spending time in jail - you know - for the good food and tight sex.
  7. Bite your tongue. God is a Bills fan and you know it. It is his way of teaching us humility.
  8. You think a few games on the bench are going to make him a decent NFL starting QB? I don't. I think being thrown in the deep end of the pool without a lifejacket will make him either learn to swim or drown. Either way Bills know which direction to go after this year. But, only if he has enough playing time.
  9. Thanks Ralph & family. Class act. We were lucky to have a generous man like him own the team.
  10. Agree. Edelman will provide a big boost in Brady's passing confidence. And the dope toker will be a distraction for Miami so they end up not taking care of business on Edelmann and Gronkowski. I am just hoping the Dolphins play an incredibly physical game that punishes and dings up a lot of Patriot players - that hopefully comes to haunt them as the season progresses. Break a leg Brady. Break a leg.
  11. Except humans' DNA differs from other animals enough to cause humans to have a much more highly developed brain - especially the neocortex. This highly evolved brain allows humans the ability to reprogram (dampen or enhance) the primal brain to some extent. If a man so chooses he can use his logical brain to affect the primal urges his older animal brain naturally reacts to. That is part of evolution. Some people are better at controlling primal urges and emotions than others. Some people realize they have this ability and exercise it. Others do not. And then there are people who may realize they have the power to control it, yet choose not to exercise that control. When it comes to sex, in more than what I would guess is 99% of cases, a person has to make a conscious decision whether or not to do it. They choose whether to suppress the urge or act on it. It is not the same as other mammals/animals.
  12. This chick is 37? Drugs = bad Here she is cleaned up:
  13. This thread will be more interesting in weeks 12 + Let's see if they can win any games between now and then.
  14. Hey man. Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder.
  15. Who hasn't got in a fistfight at a tollbooth on the NYS Thruway? One time, before EZ Pass days, I had a toll taker chew me out when I pulled up to get a ticket to get on the Thruway. Buddy and I were bickering over the long slow line when all they were doing is handing a ticket to every car that pulled up. The guy told me "You Think This Job Is EASY!" Dude was teetering on the edge of going Postal. Probably had a piece in the booth with him just looking for an opportunity to use it.
  16. The one guy is a gun dealer. (Interlaken Guns and Ammo) This could have ended differently. Would have been better if the guy in the White Challenger driving in the other direction would have got out and kicked everyone's ass and had the chicks climb in his car.
  17. Every year when they survey season ticket holders and ask what is the one most important thing to them - I tell them it is important that they keep the train horn. It is my first priority! Must be my vote is cancelling yours. ?
  18. My guess is his agent isn't going to give back his cut of the total pie either.
  19. If you watched the Senior Bowl game, Allen looked like a Superstar (my opinion). He looked better than the other quarterbacks who were playing with the same talent. Of course it was just one game. I think he has it in him to be great if he is given the right opportunity. I am not convinced, with Beane running the show, that the Bills are going to give him enough talent at the right positions for him to become as good as he is capable of becoming. I think things are going to get extremely ugly all around this organization if they get to a point where they are winless half way through the season or 1 and whatever. Nobody, including football players of character, likes being a laughing stock.
  20. Say it ain't so. Daboll is going to be one and done with the Bills. He's on track to get the shitcan after year 1.
  21. The real disadvantage is deciding Nate Peterman was good enough and that this offensive line was going to be good enough. It appears, based on his draft and free agency decisions, that Beane places "offensive line" at or near the bottom of his mental paradygm hierarchy of what makes a football team good. And Allen will suffer more due to that than anything else.
  22. Friend, what you experienced is just the process of getting old. It happens to the best of us. ? Entered via gate 7 yesterday which is the normal gate we go in. The line was exceptionally long (much longer than a normal game). I think more people waited longer than normal to go in because the tailgating weather was so awesome. Entered the line to get in at 12:30. Got past security at about 12:52. Still time to whiz, grab a beer and get to the seat before kickoff. But yeah, it sucks when you miss a good flyby because security was slower than you are used to. One thing I noticed yesterday was that they seemed to be understaffed with screeners. At gate 7 there were at least 2 unused metal detectors. Those lines were blocked off seemingly because there was no person to monitor them as people walked through them. There were more than enough ticket scanning people at gate 7 and definitely not enough security screeners. They need to fix that. And it is normally not that bad. For a normal game you can get in line at 12:30 and be the other side of the fence at 12:35-12:40. 5 or ten minutes at most. As you get closer to 1PM the lines grow exponentially. I saw no issue whatsoever with lines for beer, food or latrines. Price of food and beer is outrageous yes, but access to them was terrific I felt (at least in the section I was in).
