Not for nothing but Kromer is considered one of the best offensive linemen coaches in the league. In his first stint at Buffalo, the Bills led the NFL in rushing yards. Your O-line is only as good as it's weakest link, and pretty much anywhere he has been, the o-lines have been high performers. I am more inclined to think that the issue is player skill set and not the person coaching.

The best investment is in paying for the players that best help and protect your 250 million dollar quarterback. They should be doing everything they can to keep JA upright and in the pocket throwing dimes when he isn't handing it off. If this team expects to get any longevity out of Josh, they need to stop putting the whole damn team on his and Diggs shoulders and expecting him to take hits on QB RPO plays or having to throw the ball 35+ times a game. Give the guy a run game and a legit #2 receiver to go with Beasley (or someone else with great hands) in the slot. They do that, and I could see JA lasting 15+ years. If they don't, he'll be lucky to last 10. His body won't be able to withstand the beatings his body will take any longer than 10.

For sure Fitzy is brilliant, but why on earth would he leave a gig that has him working just a few days a week for more money than what he would make as a QB coach. If he has the coaching bug, then sure.... offer him the spot if it became available, but I just don't see him wanting to go down that road. Plus, as others have mentioned; he is a family first guy. He already put his career ahead of his family once. I don't see him doing that again. At least not while his kids are young. Not to mention, with his brain power he can probably do whatever he wants and make crap tons of money. Why bust his a$$ working long grueling hours, not seeing his kids or wife for peanuts?

Reich would be a great fit for OC with JA at the helm of the offense. BUT...... This is the more likely scenario.

Plus the rubber tires are great insulators. That said, being inside the car will reduce your risk but it can't totally prevent getting struck. It can still go through the window. While it sounds like i am nit picking, my point is; getting struck by lightning, and football are not unsimilar in that you can take all the precautions necessary, but it's still only going to reduce the risk. Never completely prevent the risk.

I agree. At the same time, as tragic as yesterday was, and I pray he has a full and speedy recovery, the bottom line is; football is a violent sport. And that will never change. Some of the rule changes that have been made recently have drastically impacted the results of the game because the rules are so subjective. I just don't see how they could change it this rule any further either without impacting the results of the game more than have already. Maybe it's time to go the way of the cartoon the Jetson's and have all the players be robots and then violent impacts won't matter. (and I'm being tongue and cheek a bit here)

I don't see how making any changes to the "strike zone" for clean hits would have changed the outcome of this tragedy. So, for that reason, I would have to say no to your question. However, as others have mentions; I think it's a real possibility that they may look at potential changes to the chest plate area for added protection and padding. Also, I know that the helmets have gone through some significant changes over the past few years, that have included some upgraded technology built into them. I could see some of that tech being looked at to be added to chest padding. I know that they have already done some of this with chest padding, but I think they might look into adding sensors that measure speed of impact, the amount of force placed on the body at impact. Stuff like that. Maybe they already do that, I looked but just couldn't find anything to confirm that. Just my 2 cents worth.

KC has the easiest remaining schedule so unless someone REALLY surprises them, they will for sure finish their season 14-3. That Cincy game scares me for Buffalo, playing in Cincy. They are playing some really great well rounded football right now and if i am being honest and realistic, that game could go either way. If we lose that game, it will end up being us and KC in KC... AGAIN for the AFC Championship and I REALLY want that to be a home game for us.

Honestly, i think it's too early to tell. He for sure has some skills, he wouldn't have been drafted otherwise. I think the real question is.... "Is he good enough to carry the team when it's needed"? The 49ers roster is loaded, especially on defense, so he isn't exactly getting asked to do a lot of "heavy lifting". I do think he will benefit from being able to play now with such a strong team vs when they were struggling a few years ago. It will for sure help him grow and develop even more without taking to much of a beating. I can potentially see him turning out to be another Jimmy G though. The Patriots sold him as the bill of goods and while he is a serviceable QB as a off the bench QB, he turned out to be a for the most part a lower end QB that has major issues with staying heathy and finishing a season. For Brock Purdy's sake, i hope that he doesn't turn into another Jimmy G though.

I am just going to say it: If you truly believe that, then you clearly do not understand football, nor do you understand what he really brings to the table when he is on the field. opposing teams game plan against him. He is a difference making because he changes how an offense schemes its plays, making sure that if he isn't being double teamed, he is al least given a chip block by a second offensive linemen. He free's up the other members of the defense to allow them to make plays. THAT is why he is a difference maker player. And even when he is being double teamed or chip blocked by a secondary O-Linemen, he still makes plays at the end of the game. That is why he called a "closer" by professional analysts. I think maybe you should study the game a bit more so you can better understand it, or maybe listen more to the professional analysts that do and then watch and see what they mean before you run your mouth about something you don't understand.

Relax. He apologized on camera post game. He admitted his emotions got the better of him, and felt genuinely bad about pushing the guy. Ya'll need to stop acting like you don't let your emptions get the better of you and never act out in a manner that is not your best self. At least he owned up to it. Nobody's perfect. I have to agree. The Dolphins organization will have some explaining to do to the league. not to be rude..... BUT, this has to be one of the dumbest questions ever asked. The dude is an all pro NFL quarterback. There is no way we put more pressure on him as a community than he puts on himself to perform. That is just the way professional athletes are. They don't get to that level without laying a TON of pressure on themselves to be better.... to improve every day, every week, every year.

You make a valid point, but it could go the other way just as easily if the offense struggles. It will all depend on how good Ken Dorsey is at managing the staff and how good he is at hearing other ideas and points of view. Based on what I do know of Ken Dorsey (admittingly not a ton), he's not an "ego" kind of guy, which tells me that he doesn't seem the type to not hear ideas from his staff and collaborate with those around him to make the offense be the best it can be.

The guy WANTS to be left alone, hence the NOT appearing in public for anything related to the Bills or football in general. He completed his tour of duty and walked away from the game. Maybe he has preferred focusing on his three kids and wife instead of meeting someone else's expectations on what they think he needs to do to stay in the public eye and the "good graces" of certain Bills Mafia members.
