  1. Love it baby. One Buffalo.
  2. His long run that set up the TD after halftime was far better than anything Smith could do on the move... and Smith is a good runner.
  3. Yeah it's always a thing with him, but the good far outweighs the bad. Even today, without big sacks or stats, he collapsed the pocket hard with some great contain rushes and some beastly bull rushes that put the tackle in Luck's lap. Played strong against the run.
  4. No. Charging Buffalo is our logo.
  5. I am in favor of this deserving attention as it's own thread. It's these type of just... ball player, football IQ plays that the Bills have lacked for a long time at the QB position. I am excited about TT.
  6. I agree with every single point, except potentially the blitzing. There were situations that I thought a 4 man rush was in order, but it was mostly effective. Preston Brown is an animal. Dude lays the wood like a champ. Love this team, love this defense, proud to be a Bills fan, and always have been.
  7. I'm with this. And the Bills need to do a full court press on the NFL to draw attention. Can't continue to allow this without protest.
  8. He was mainly a diversion today. That's OK. He needs to keep his head straight and just continue to be a great team player. His targets are coming. He will have multiple 100 yard, 2 TD games this year. Take that to the bank.
  9. Absolutely. Both he and Gilmore just made play after play ON THE BALL today. Incredible vision and athleticism, and the rookie exceeded all expectations in his first start.
  10. Punter rule is real. I'm interested in the phantom facemask on the 30 yard loss fumble and the personal foul on the kickoff they did not show on our kickoff. Shady business NFL.
  11. This is correct. They are a PERFECT complement to each other. Doug Whaley looks smarter and smarter with each passing week.
  12. Carp is automatic. Everyone gets spas over preseason. Chill y'all.
  13. Only 2/3 were real. And the phantom ones were the game.changers.
  14. It's quite surreal. I'm about 80% convinced at this point that refs make strategic calls at times to keep games from getting out of hand. Especially for the most marketable teams/players.
  15. Someone please tell me where the facemask was. Or did Vegas/goodell call that penalty in.
  16. hahaha here's something original https://twitter.com/LuchaBills/status/643060493637300224
  17. Haha just looked at that. What makes the two "I'm not going to the game... I'm going to the game!" tweets hilarious is the hot pocket tweets. Too funny.
  18. https://twitter.com/ajwilliams23/status/643048941584535552 I was lucky enough to be following my Bills list when it happened a few minutes ago (9am Sunday), but my trigger finger wasn't fast enough! AW is the man for doing things like this. Good for him.
  19. Not what I hoped to wake up and read this morning. What a tragedy. So sorry that others had to see this happen.
  20. Really? They put a store in front, some black paint, and a bunch of mysterious boulders all over the place like it's Easter Island or something. Looks like same bowl of concrete it ever was to me. Love the hell out of it still and the memories, but I'm all about a new facility. Full disclosure, I don't pay the taxes for said project so easy for me to say!
  21. A notch above TJ Graham? If there are only two notches on your scale, then I agree.
  22. He's always going to have some success. Can't shut him down completely. Have to double him, but in creative ways. Some defenses will do things like match him up man to man with a linebacker, but then the linebacker peels off at 5-10 yards and goes into a zone. Then a safety, who played zone off the snap, comes up to fill in the man coverage. That can create a risky window during the trade off, but it can also bait throws that look open, but have a robber coming in to pick or break up the pass. What worked once will generally not work all game though, so there have to be multiple plans of attack and adjustments in the bag ready to be pulled out on the fly. I'm hoping to see those type of adjustments this year and see that Rex is the guy who can do those things, take away other team's strength's to make them have to adjust, etc.
  23. Old division foes They're as soft as they ever were Return of the Bills
  24. I usually like John Clayton's take, but he's acting as if he can see into his crystal ball and see that we would likely win the first two with Cassel. There is nothing to suggest that Cassel is any more equipped to run this offense than any of the other quarterbacks on the roster. Nothing. Sure, we may be 0-2. We may be 1-1. We may be 2-0. These detracting opinions are meaningless.
  25. I hope it's young ralph from the 60's in a trenchcoat, not 90 year old Ralph.
