  1. That is actually an awesome idea. If the Bills win the superbowl this year I'll get a custom "Whaley" #16 jersey
  2. But it was Fred's turn.
  3. Agreed. Part of it is for the refs to not make ticky tack penalty calls when the penalty had absolutely no bearing on the outcome of the play. Prime example: Brady is sacked by Dareus on a crucial third and long. He's sacked immediately, never had a prayer to get the ball out of his hand. Ref calls a really minor defensive hold on a DB. Automatic first down. Thats a situation where IMO they gotta let that go. That penalty changed the entire game, and its silly because Brady never had a chance to get the ball to the penalized player anyways. That's a ref inserting themselves into the game. Keep the flag in your pocket.
  4. So we have Taylor locked up through 2016, correct? So if he plays well through this season, this offseason would be the time to negotiate a long term contract. Does that sound right? I imagine locking him up sooner might provide better value if his stock keeps rising though.
  5. New York's only team 30 - New Jersey Giants 24
  6. You got it. Loving him and all of our acquisitions, actually. Also, his quote at the end "No where else I'd rather be."
  7. Damn, can't believe they were still available. Missed Tyrod on the waiver last week but got Dalton instead. I've had Karlos since week 1.
  8. Clutch. I had the claim in this week for him, but someone had higher waiver. Got Dalton instead, which was a lovely consolation prize. In my defense, I drafted Tyrod but had to drop due to other needs. Picked up Karlos after week 1. Feeling like a pretty smart cookie about that right now too.
  9. Everyone gets turf toe.
  10. I think they must really like Boobie in the locker room. I'll admit, I don't watch him closely enough on special teams to say if he's great, good, decent, or below average, but I don't see the big Easley type plays out of him on that front. Running the ball, I don't think he is useful at all. Man he looks slow. With Karlos back there, what's the point? It would be nice to have Bryce sitting back there, as you said, to complement any absence of McCoy. If Shady does sit this week, Boobie will definitely get a few additional touches to relieve Karlos. We'll see what happens, and wouldn't be surprised if we're hearing more buzz about this then.
  11. THX I think he's an excellent interview. He's soft spoken, but what he says is very interesting. Seems like a really intelligent guy... Tech baby!
  12. Yeah that's for the obstructed view seats though. FedEx Field is a piece of crap. Be careful when you buy in the 200s.
  13. Link to the video?
  14. Is he really not on an NFL squad yet? I agree with this 100%. I find it really hard to believe that there isn't a team out there who could benefit from a few touches from him.
  15. When you play the Pats, you have to beat them and the refs. It's a tough task, but it can be done.
  16. Really like Clay. He seems like a legit dude with great, collected attitude. http://www.buffalobills.com/video/videos/Charles_Clay_Its_Obviously_A_Great_Feeling/e5c1d9bd-cbed-4165-92a9-c631e4a98e9f
  17. For some reason, they have trouble with those.
  18. There's always some damn team that will overpay. Look at Levitre. Someone will have a ton of cap space and they'll shell out.
  19. Couldn't agree more. If Whaley can find a way to do it that makes sense financially, I am all for it. Possible that Glenn isn't worth a huge LT contract, but it's a little early to say. Whaley has shown himself to be pretty shrewd when it comes to making the contracts work. So far, I've loved everything about Percy as a Bill.
  20. Correct. Give it a few more games for teams to start getting worn down, and watch Mario/the D line's sack numbers start to skyrocket. Or just throw the ball in a panic like Tannehill or Luck to be picked off by our secondary. Pick your poison. I think we're fine with either.
  21. Did you know he went to Harvard, too? Also, I heard he wears his wedding ring while he plays.
  22. Yes, now, if only there was a like button on TBD so we could all like this and indicate our support for such a thing.
  23. This ^ I hope this is the case, and they should be able to get great value there. A center who can play guard or vice versa as needed would be great. Urbik and Wood, and another year older for both? Yeah, that is a position of need for sure. I'll also add on to this that hopefully we are in a position to take BPA, and if a huge talent falls to us, you pull the trigger, regardless of position.
  24. Oh hell yes. I'm right there with you. I don't own McCoy, but Blount is bye next week and Gruden hates Freddy Morris. Let's get Shady fully healthy and give Karlos the Hoss a full load!
