I've mentioned in other posts the significant turnover on the defense. But the eyes don't lie, it's not like everyone on this site isn't seeing the same thing. We all see him not shedding blocks, not in position... not making plays. And you know it's Edmunds, not Edwards, right? Do we know for a fact his shoulder is hindering his performance? If so, that certainly is significant, let's see what happens the next few weeks.

This is getting close to midway through his 3rd season, hardly day one. His play has been very poor compared to last season, it's impossible to deny that.

Besides all the change in personnel from last season, Hughes, Oliver and Edmunds are not playing as well as last year. Nothing is really working right now. The new players on the line this season haven't been adequate replacements.

If you want to compare to last seasons defense, you need to understand that this years unit is missing Lawson, Phillips , Star, Lorax and from tonights game, Wallace, Milano and White. Probably not fair to compare to last season's defense. Not saying they don't deserve the criticism, but not a fair comparison.

I'm sure the 4-1 Bears would be anxious to make such a move.

He's been one of the top QBs in the league since about halfway through last season.

I don't think the O line is getting enough credit. They are really giving Allen a lot of time to throw. Those crossing patterns take time to develop.

Not worried about our punter, he's actually pretty good. All defense in next years draft. A couple linebackers will be needed. I don't think Edmunds has earned a lucrative extension, so may need to find a replacement. If were are missing both Milano and Tre, we are at a big disadvantage. Titans have a very good offense , some solid weapons.

I am also concerned about the defense. The lack of depth at CB and LB is becoming alarming to me.

With his contract, injuries and with his production going down, he's not worth a high pick at all.

What do you consider panicking? Seems like a fairly normal reaction, hardly a panic. Yet.

Hopefully, not putting him on IR yet is a sign that he'll miss less than 3 weeks.

Too bad O'Brien just got fired, probably could have traded for his top linebacker and only given up an aging role player.

The refs aren't calling offensive holding calls much at all. That will help the offense tremendously. Look at the scores around the league, not many defenses stopping the offenses.

He's a Giants fan. My friend sat next to him at Super Bowl XXVII, he was pulling for the Bills because he hates the Cowboys. BTW, my friend said he was the nicest guy in the world.

me commenting on this subject doesn't mean I worry about it. It was late last night, football was over for the day and I was still flying over the game. Needed an outlet.

It really doesn't compute why it's not necessary to read every article about our team regardless of who writes it. The fact is some people get really upset about what is written and it would save a lot of anquish if you just read credible writers, not just any joe blow that is allowed to post online.

Why do you listen to all those hacks in the first place? They are no more qualified to talk football than most of us here. The need to earn their credibility before I bother with them.

Who cares? I never paid any attention to them before, not going to now. I think I know enough about football to not have to listen to all those hacks out there.

Why should we care that people were admitting they were wrong. No valid reason in the first place to doubt him. He has just barely played in 2 full seasons now, hardly time to judge, and he helped us get to the playoffs in his first full year. I'm getting a kick out of this idiots admitting they were wrong when nobody should have paid attention to them in the first place.
