  1. There is no rumor, what you posted is basically the whole section on the Bills. I just read it, there are no names associated with this 'rumor'. other rumors in the article is that the Packers will tag Adams if no deal reached.
  2. Wonder if the Bills are expecting Basham to play a lot on the interior.
  3. an offer he hasn't received yet.
  4. always have to ask yourself, if someone offered you this trade , would you take it?
  5. Giants are over the cap, so this wouldn't make sense at all, plus trading a 25 year old RB for a 33 year old WR straight up makes less sense. Can't see any scenario where this would happen.
  6. What did you want him to say?
  7. If we get Gronk, that's a lot of 2 WR, 2 TE sets. Beasley is correct.
  8. If he scores and does a monster spike the fans will go nuts. He's a big jamoke and will add so much energy and excitement. Having 2 tight ends that are great receiving threats while both being excellent blockers will add so much to this offense, we will rush better and pass better. He's a top TE in the league, and will improve an already dangerous offense. A great 3rd down and redzone target.
  9. Excellent rookie season and when finally utilized this season was a difference maker. He's a tremendous WR, great hands, gets open and consistently makes big plays.
  10. You're correct, fans need to stop worrying about the money. Let the team do that. Some don't want to pay our starting TE, starting center, slot receiver... who are we going to replace these guys with? mid round draft picks to save money. I think Knox is a no brainer for Beane.
  11. Nah, I'll take your word on it. This is what happens when I don't read the entire thread. He's a key player in one of the most dynamic offenses in the league. We're not going to have Diggs, Davis, and Knox all getting 1000 yard seasons, it really doesn't happen like that. He should be signed.
  12. You forgot to mention he was 2nd in TD's. He also has great value as a blocker. You want a TE you can count on the block and catch , he can do both well.
  13. Bend but don't break means you give up more yardage on drives (bend), but more often than not, keep the offense out of the endzone( not breaking). You're definition is how all defenses operate, they all want to prevent big pass plays, keep completions in front of the defenders... It exactly means giving up 400-500 yards , or so, and holding the team to field goal attempts.
  14. I appreciate the 'bingo, exactly right' comment, but you went on about the offense and my comment was regarding the defense. Thanks anyway.
  15. We led the league in fewest yards allowed and fewest points allowed, 4th in takeaways and we led the league in fewest yards allowed pre drive. Basically, the exact opposite of the 'bend don't break' philosophy you said the team uses. The only major piece I believe we are missing is a consistent pass rush that produces sacks. Other than that, our defense is at or near the top in all other important categories.
  16. That ain't happening. Debating to go see Waters in Vegas, but it's $300 for a bad seat i think
  17. I wouldn't know he was never going away if you didn't start a thread about him.
  18. His cap hit is $14 million next year, then in 2023 he can opt out, according to Spotrac. ok, i didn't know that is how the signing bonus works.
  19. Lot of money for a slot receiver. How much slot has he played in his career?
  20. They're golfing this week at the course I work at in AZ.
  21. missed 1 game. Not to diminish the effect of concussions , but it seems like so many are making decisions for him. Has he mentioned that he's considering retiring?
  22. Morse has started 47 of 49 games as a Bill, one miss was a healthy scratch. He's probably fairly healthy.
  23. how about add 2 real years to his deal. He was excellent this season and is only 29 years old. I'd like to have him around a few more years. Centers are critical. $75 million over the cap and bleacher report things they should get rid of one of their better contracts? Come on. Where will they get a serviceable center for less than $3.4?
  24. One coach took a HC job, one retired, 2 others took promotions.... that's a reflection of being part of a good organization and coaching staff.
