  1. It depends on the year. The Rams did it at a good time. In my opinion, there are no dominant teams this year. There are a lot of good teams.
  2. Tomorrow isn’t promised. It’s wide open this year. It’s a great year to push your chips in like the Rams did.
  3. This is as wide open as any year in recent memory. They are about to be 4-1. Why do they have to wait on the bigger prize? They can absolutely win now. If they added Adams, they’re the favorite in the NFC.
  4. I’m not sure but there’s been lots of posts about Mack Hollins getting 12 targets over the last 2 weeks…
  5. We park on Southwestern and arrive between 9-9:30. Never have an issue if it isn’t snowing.
  6. Benford and it isn’t particularly close
  7. What about Oliver, Milano, Bernard and Taron? Because Henry ran all over the injured Bills, they shouldn’t improve their poor passing game?
  8. Who’s year is it? If the Bills added Adams, who can’t they beat?
  9. There’s something to it. This is an extreme example but I generally agree with the concept. As long as you have Josh Allen, your window is open. Do everything you can in his time and worry about the distant future in the distant future. It’s Brees with the Saints. He won one and would have won a second if not for the missed PI call.
  10. Yeah, I tend to agree. I just don’t see how this offense could use, a future HOF, boundary receiver. I mean, what are they thinking?!? This thought better not take snaps away from Mack Hollins!! That guy doesn’t even like to wear shoes.
  11. He’s made plays on good teams. He felt like Poyer in that he had a lot going on minus the opportunity. I was willing to take a chance on the small sample size vs. a more established resume of “pretty good.”
  12. I wanted Bishop and Edwards with Rapp as the 3rd safety. Think that’s still right
  13. It’s hard to understand why we are discounting the good and great Pittsburgh years also. There’s some mental gymnastics going on here to discredit a guy that has had WAY more success than any of our guys. We are saying when he was good it was a while ago. When asked, “what about 2 years ago or what he’s doing now?” That gets met with, “he’s a product of the system.” So if we are keeping score at home, he used to be good in Pittsburgh. He went to KC and was good again but this time it is because of their system. Juju leaves and goes to the worst offense ever and now sucks, comes back to KC, plays well but that’s only because of the system again? Am I doing this right?
  14. That’s not what my experience was. I was able to downgrade before the people up next were able to get the seats. We ended up with aisle seats, on the price break and saved $5K per PSL.
  15. You can tell them what you want and get called prior to it starting. That’s what I did.
  16. …and that doesn’t change the fact that Peterman has no talent and played the worst half ever. That’s not for debate. It predictably failed. It was an awful idea before and a worse idea after.
  17. They do not… The 50 yard line seats are more expensive and are in line first. It’s a combination of spend and seniority. They would have the opportunity to downgrade prior to the other person. That’s how my appointment went. I didn’t accept what was originally offered and got the next price level down before they went to the next group.
  18. It reeks of desperation. If they think Saleh is the reason, you don’t care who is next. You’re on the “anybody but him” train.
  19. Yep, and one had that success with Ryan Tannehill and the other with Josh Allen. They said, “average QB play be damned!! Let’s get a guy in there to play the worst 1/2 of football in the history of the game. At that point we will go back to the average guy.” It, predictably, failed miserably. Anyone that watches/scouts college football knew how awful Peterman was. Go back and read @GunnerBill on Peterman before the draft. It was one thing if the Bills had a talented project (think Spencer Rattler) behind Taylor. Maybe you say, “that talent upgrades them from average.” With Peterman, he’s one of the least talented prospects ever.
  20. They did it by a combination of spend and seniority. FWIW, I went through this process 15 years ago and we did it the same way. You need to get the most expensive stuff sold first. That’s what has the shortest list of potential replacements. It’s harder to sell 50 club seats than 500 upper level seats. The people that sat in a particular area the longest, are getting the first choice in that area (for the most part). It isn’t perfect but it’s absolutely the right way to do it and how others do it.
  21. I think that the Saleh move screams Jets for Adams. It sounds like this was all Woody Johnson. They are in a place where they have 2 years (ish) to win a Super Bowl. We are only 5 games into the 1st of those 2ish years and it’s not going well. They can’t just address it in the offseason. They will lose half of their window. They have to pull the trigger on any/every “win now” move(s). Saleh was just the most recent domino to fall. I doubt he’s the last one. Future be damned for the J-E-T-S
  22. I agree with that. With that being said, I’m not sure that he ever had a team play above its talent. He’s done what he should with the talent he’s had.
  23. If the HC needs an “end of game coordinator” he’s not a HC. Yep and is the perfect guy to get you to that level. If you have 6-11 talent he can get you to 9-7. If you have 14-3 talent, he can get you to 13-4. He’s Marty Schottenheimer and Marvin Lewis. With Josh Allen, I don’t need a guy that can get me to the playoffs. 80% of this message board could do that. That’s not our situation anymore. We need a guy that can win a Lombardi. His game coaching doesn’t lead me to believe that’s him.
  24. There is a club on the lower sidelines between the 20’s (on the east side). It’s called the East Club. Food and beverages are included in that club too.
