    great post, and you are right. To me, it’s just about execution. We mostly have the players. Got to make a few more plays here and there when it matters. if we convert on 4th and 5, we probably win the SB. (If Andrews doesn’t drop the 2-pointer against us, ravens may have won the SB).

    These RBs have the wrong idea. The best thing they can get is job security. He would Be better off negotiating something reasonable, but long term and with some solid incentives baked in. once You hit the RB free agent carousel, it’s all downhill. He should ask his brother how that went for him.

    I would seriously use our top 2 picks on DT’s this year. Deepest DT draft in a long time.

    I would break the bank for Holland and a top tier CB. Really infuse that secondary with talent.

    I remember that Miami game when Tre got injured. The defense was the best I had ever seen it ever. I remember thinking, “finally!” Everything was clicking on all cylinders: Von, Oliver, Daquon, Milano, Bernard, and a fully healthy Tre. Then Tre went down! Then, we lose Milano and Daquon the next week. Then, we lose Von a few weeks later.

    Fangio is an average DC. His “philosophy” is to have 4 elite dlineman wreak havoc, and drop into a high two shell. And if he doesn’t have the players on the dline to do that, it’s about the easiest D to decimate.

    I think they probably have someone in mind too, which probably explains the timing of this too. Probably the Denver ST coach.
