  1. Wow this guy was a year behind my nephew, and split time with him at fullback here in Pa. kinda wild to see him invited to Bills camp.
  2. Wow, so 4.39 isn't really that fast anymore? So why can't hardly anyone on the planet run that fast? How many people do you know that are very fast boyst, LOL I sense your joking with this post?
  3. Wow I just looked at his highlight video and I am impressed, must be some big red flags? The guy has decent size, very good speed and watch his video, good cutbacks and uses his blockers well!
  4. The difference is the good teams typically have a number one guy they can count on, Sammy is hurt half the time, and even when he is playing he is still playing hurt a fair amount of that time. I am warming up myself to the Howard pick because the versatility he would add to the offense but kind of think he might be gone by the tenth pick. It would also be nice to have a talented pass catcher with a huge catch radius it could aid Tyrod in that respect. I do like Davis the best of the receivers and would have no problem with him at ten, though obviously trading down a few spots and landing him as well as an extra pick would be nice.
  5. There is no reason for anyone to get worked up,but if a guy is making 7-8 million a year to play a game, don't you think he should get his ass to voluntary stretches, come on everyone else is present why is he special? Team chemistry is developed like this and you have a lot of new staff on hand.
  6. Think he means Corey, he is also my choice of the ten. Sammy is always hurt and could be leaving shortly need a reliable receiver!
  7. Interesting Ryan your obviously a UNC fan? I have two college teams Nebraska and the heels and have seen a good deal of Switzer and since I follow Nebraska as well can't fail to mention Jordan Westerkamp I am bias as I follow both programs no doubt, but would love to have either of these guys in a bills uniform. I like Trubisky as well, but the one year of starting experience scares me for a first round qb, though it would be very exciting if buffalo had the chance to pull the trigger.
  8. That is a great endorsement, one of my favorite players of all time, even back to college and I don't care for the buckeyes!! Man oh man I hope your right, anyone have that wheaties box?
  9. I seen the 4.62 time at CBS.com under workout time, not combine time, I guess maybe he reran it at Alabama's pro day. I agree the Kuechly comparison is a stretch as he was pretty much thought of as a sure thing. I obviously hope he works out as well.
  10. Sorry for your loss NG, you and your family our in my thoughts and prayers.
  11. I am confused as to why the vast majority of posters pencil Reggie Ragland into exclusively being a run thumper 3-4 type linebacker? I have to admit I did not watch him play at Alabama much, but at his workout for NFL teams I dug up that he ran a 4.62 and have read about his great instincts. Why would it be out of the question for him to be able to be a great sideline to sideline guy as well as coverage linebacker, imo 4.62 is very good speed for a backer playing any spot.
  12. Exactly what the title says,I realize that McDermott's defense is a lot of zone coverage but Frazier's defense in the past have been Tampa 2 defenses. I like the dc hire given they don't play that defense, curious what are his ties to McDermott are there any? IMO the Tampa 2 and the Ryan's defense are both athngof the past or at least I hope!
  13. I do understand the role of a rotational guy, but it seems like he makes some very good plays when playing and that alot of times that earns you more time, just curious if anyone had the same opinion.
  14. It's obviously not a coincidence I am posting this after seeing the article, but whenever I see that broad body on the field I wonder the same thing, he has had very limited time from what I have seen, and I wonder why. He just looks like a specimen in pads and seems to move very well!
  15. . Johnson had a great arm, was a great athlete as well, unfortunately no pocket presence and got hurt a lot. Flutie was a winner and I was a huge fan never understood the hate for him. Seemed to me he was never truley given a fair chance, felt the same about Fred Jackson his first 2-3 years here, far inferior backs were given chances repeatedly as Fred rode the pine.
  16. Hopefully that is what Dareus typically looks like, looks awful slobbish.
  17. Nice now Tyrod needs to wake up, Tobey a titan my ass, Marv Albert is high!
  18. I think the biggest loss is Jim Schwartz, those players fit that defense nicely! Here is to hoping that this years players match this defense just as well, confusion cannot be used as an excuse this time around!
  19. Totally agree as i stated no way he is top five and i don't think he has even sniffed the top five, he is to inconsistent. He elevated his play last year but i still don't think he is top five, I liked Darby as a rookie last year more than i have ever liked Gilmores play.
  20. I understand this has most likely been discussed and I apologize if I'm rehashing. I was just curious what the consensus is. I believe since he has been here he has been in the top quarter of the league for cb's but just don't think he is worth top money. You tend to unfortunately lose some players along the way that you want to retain, but feel like especially with Tyrod hopefully getting a nice juicy contract next year, he is the type that inevitably will have to go. He has been very solid but a bit up and down and the best corners IMO are far more consistent. If the Bills do extend him, it is what it is he is a good player and i will be satisfied with them doing so, just hope it is a decent deal for the bills and they don't overpay. I am kind of curious to see what they have with the rookie and vets they brought in and i don't expect them to play as well as Gilmore but hope the trade off is potentially worth it. I guess the possibility of franchising 1 more year is an option or maybe the case of our 1st rounder next year is once again a corner . Just curious about the varied opinions here?
  21. Trains only blow their whistle at crossing as far as I know, why does everyone disect something like this so much, it's tragic it happened!
  22. I would say Corey Moore. JD Williams you mean right, i thought he sucked actually the other two were solid. All JD had was amazing speed.
