  1. Thank you for all you do. Never a need to apologize.
  2. We did not give up the second first rounder. Two second rounders according to Shefty
  3. Rosen or Allen? Please Rosen, Please Rosen...
  4. She is on the road. She is also a 9ers fan. She has grown to love Buffalo though. Her first question will be if I think the 9ers did well. Her next question will be what did I feed the boys. She may get around to asking about the Bills but I doubt it. At least she is aware and somewhat knowledgeable. All things considered, love her to the moon and back....
  5. Might be a fluid retention issue...
  6. Just remarried...tattoo includes priority UDFAs

  9. Is this thing on???? Get ready, we're going......into the toilet with you as head coach.
  10. The Jets gave up 4 really good players (one in 2019) to move up three spots for likely the second best QB on their board. The Bills gave up a player who was IR'd almost the whole year to move into a position to get into the top 7 in the draft. They are waiting and seeing if a player they want falls enough where they may only have to give up 2 for 1 or 3 for 1. Patience almost always makes a roster better. Over the next three days the Bills could net a Billy Price, Martinas Rankin, Tim Settle, DJ Chark or two of these because they were patient...The Jets move is PR; the Bills move is roster building. Just my opinion.
  11. Doug, go find something else to do today. Thanks for the extra #1. ;-)
  12. I know the guy to get the information out of him...
  13. Extra Cheesy Fries with Bacon...
  14. You are correct, they do, but why would the Jets trade back after making the deal? I am assuming you meant #5 to #2. Denver could offer the Giants better package then the Bills. I didn't consider teams in the top 5 trading higher. Good point.
  15. The Bills are the only team with the draft capital to get into the top 5. The Bills know their board. More importantly, they know the differential between their #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 QBs on their board If the differential between QBs on the board is very significant - Beane and Gettleman will make a deal. If the differential between QBs on the board is slight - Beane and Dorsey will make a deal If they feel there is little difference between #1 and #4 - the Colts, Bears and Bucs are waiting... The Bills will trade up...its just a matter of where and it all depends on the QB rankings and the differences. My personal ranking is that Darnold and Rosen are basically equal -- but I like Josh then there is a drop to Mayfield and a further significant drop to Allen and Jackson. They haven't spent time with Jackson so their evaluation ends at Allen. If the Bills agree they likely do a something like #1-12 and #1-22 for Colts 1-6 and 3-3 (Colts get a 10% or so premium). Then package #1-6, 2019-1 and 2-21 for #1-2 Bills still have #2-24, 3-1, 3-3, 3-32 to fill needs. Get a WR (Miller or Chark), Interior OL (Ragnow or Price (drops)), T (Rankin (who has position flexibility) or Christian), LB (Jewell or Darius Leonard--drafting Tegray Scales later). Tony Adams (G), Kendrick Norton, Issac Yiadom, Tegray Scales all candidates for later picks.
  16. And Baker Mayfield plays the role of Tonya Harding... ;-)
  17. I actually thought about this over the last several months. I think what Beane learned is to take the most polished QB he can. He and McDermott have said this is a downfield game...short, intermediate and deep...they will take the QB they think best fits this.
  18. I think he's a Day 1 starter if they get him....been watching him for four years. Four year starter. Transition to college was easy. He's smart, hardworking and fits the culture. He could be there in the 4th or 5th. Good call Bandit...
  19. Josh Rosen-Shout
  20. I think they asked him if the the Bills brass were high when the evaluated Rudolph....
  21. Shady to the Browns as part of the package. Flying him in for a presser tomorrow.
  22. Peterman, McCarron, Rosen.....our QB room could be casting for Revenge of the Nerds X
  23. Good post! I would be happy with this outcome. I was all for LVE over Evans just because LVE ran the defense in college. Then I happened to read the SI article on the National Championship game last night and realized Evans called the signals for the Alabama Defense the last half of the year after Shaun Dion Hamilton went down with a shattered knee-cap. I think Evans is more athletic than LVE without the neck injury concerns.
