Well... I lost by 20 (curse you OBJ!), but the good news is that the person right behind me lost also (due to Andy Dalton's injury) so I backed into the playoffs. My running backs really suck now that I lost LeVeon Bell and Dion Lewis. My RBs now are Javorius Allen, Antonio Andrews, Shaun Draughn, Shane Vereen and Bilal Powell. All but Vereen have been picked up off the waiver wire in the last 4 weeks. *fingers crossed*

Nope no tease - I have a home DVD recorder and could have it in the mail to you the next day.

That makes two of us

Here's the situation - it's the last week before the playoffs. I'm on a 6 game winning streak and am now in 4th place but I'm facing the #1 team (also on a 6 week streak) which scored 188 points last week. The team I beat last week is 1 game behind me and is playing an abandoned team. We split the season series but if I lose this week I will probably be in the consolation bracket. So I have to win this week. Torn on Brees vs Tyrod. Taylor has been on fire, scoring 26-plus fantasy points in each of his last 2 games against very good KC and Houston defenses. The Philly D has given up more points to QBs than any other team in the last 4 weeks Meanwhile the Saints are playing on the road against Tampa Bay. Brees is averaging just 12.61 PPG in 5 road games played this year. His only bad home outing was also against Tampa Bay, getting only 12.1 points. NFL.com's projection has Brees at 22.54 and Tyrod at 12.02... Leaning toward Tyrod. Any thoughts?

Yeah I got it. It conflicts with the Fan Advisory Board meeting that's scheduled from 6 - 8. I asked Scott Lasker if anything could be done so that we could do both, but was told 'no'. Steve Tasker, in the film apparently says the team collectively ran out of gas from the effects of the 4 Super Bowl runs.

Geddy Lee says today that Neil's quote was taken out of context and that Neil has not 100% retired.

You just have to want it. We plan for the home opener months in advance, and most people stay over in Buffalo Saturday night to make a weekend out of it. So getting to Hammer's bright and early is not so much of an issue. It's getting OUT of Hammer's at the end of a game I have trouble with...

Indy has a much easier remaining schedule, and their head-to-head game is in Indy.

This has been a topic for the whole 2 years. We had hoped that tarping the first 2 rows behind the benches would help but that was short lived. It seems worse this season than prior years. I think the excite the level of the fan base and the expectation of winning is cause for a lot of it. It is a tough one...

KC looks like pretty much of a lock. At this point we're rooting for the likely division winners to keep winning. New England would beat Houston & the Jets Cinci would beat Pittsburgh Indy would beat Houston Denver would beat Oakland & Pittsburgh If that happens and we win out, we'd be in.

Hard to believe it's been 2 years already, but that's the term they picked for members of the board and they will be bringing on new people starting in February. It's been an honor and privilege to be TSW's conduit to the team on matters of game-day experience - I feel like we've done some great work and had a positive influence on both sides of that relationship. With that being said - if there are any new issues or ideas you have on improving the game day experience at RWS, please let me know before Wednesday and I'll bring them forward for discussion.
