That has nothing to do with Luck. Luck was the only reason they were a playoff team every year. (Look what happened when he was injured this year) Its because they cant draft worth crap. A franchise QB cant do it by himself. But priority number 1 is to find a franchise QB, and then surround him with pieces which will take years. This is not an overnight project

I must admit. When the Bills traded down last year and passed on Mahomes and Watson I was frustrated. I was thinking, same old Bills again just passing on QBs in the first rounds. Fast forward 11 months ... The Bills have an amazing young corner in Tre White. They get a 1st rounder out of that trade. And because of that, they now have the ammunition to move up to the top 5 and get their guy. (Along with that slick trade with Glenn) Beane clearly had a vision and a plan all along, and he loooks like a very smart man as of today. To answer my original question, it’s looking pretttttyyy awesome

Supply and demand as well. I don’t think it’s as simple as just looking at the charts for value. Teams know that the Bills need a QB, and the Bills will almost certainly have to overpay to move into the top 5. The good news is they have tons of picks so can throw in a 2nd or 3rd if necessary

Ya they much control the draft in a sense. Or at least will be setting the tone. I think they should pick the best QB available. If they think its darnold or rosen, then pick one of them at 1. If they think it's Mayfield, then they can take Barkley 1 and get Mayfield at 4. Just my opinion. Although getting Barkley and Mayfield would be so exciting for them

The question I have... What if Darnold goes 1, and the Giants don’t want to trade the 2 pick and they draft Rosen. What do the Bills do? Do they trade to 4 and get Allen or Mayfield?

I think the Browns would be crazy not to pick Rosen or Darnold but you never know. They’ve always tried that approach and it’s never worked for them in the past. I don’t think they are going to get too cute this year and they will just take Darnold at 1
