I don’t think so personally. Hes turning 30 or 31? He is regressing in terms of getting pressure on the QB. Has a descent size cap hit. And is a head case. If I was Tampa I wouldn’t do it

Need a QB. Would love a good MLB of course but not at the expense of not trading up to get Rosen or Mayfield

I’m pretty happy about this. The Bills have so many holes to fill on this team and RB is not one of them for the 2018 season.

All the pickups have been solid but nothing spectacular . Where Beane really hit the home run was trading Tyrod for the 65th pick, and getting a bridge QB in Mccaron for basically peanuts. That whole sequence with trading TT and getting Mccaron for cheap was brilliant

Ya I really don’t get the love for Preston brown. Hes not bad but I definitely don’t consider him good. And he’s going to be grossly overpaid in my opinion

The Bills will have to use both firsts to trade up plus more. 7 isn’t high enough. They need to get top 5 and probably top 2 if they want Rosen

Browns need to just draft the top QB on their board. If they want Barkley that bad, they can trade up to get him at 2 as they have tons of draft ammunition. If I were them, I would not mess around with the QB position once again. Just pick whoever they think is best, and either trade up to get Barkley if they love him that much, or pick Chubb or Fitzpatrick at 4.

I really hope the Bills can land this kid. I did the math for the Bills to trade up to 2. The 2nd pick is valued at 2600. Bills would need to trade 12, 22, 53, 65 to hit 2635. Because of the high demand for the QB position, and they may be in a potential bidding war with the Jets and Broncos, they may even have to throw another 2nd or 3rd in to finish the deal. Going to cost a lot but I am hoping they do it!

The OP has a fair point. While there is time to address the WR position, chances are it won’t be in the early rounds in the draft as im assuming they will use both 1sts to trade up and get their QB. I also think they will address the LB position in the 2nd round. Getting the QB should of course be priority number 1, but they also need to bring in a WR or two to help the kid or Mccaron. No way I’m comfortable with an injury prone receiver in Benjamin and Zay Jones who of course struggled huge last year as their 1, 2 options.
