  1. Jumping in here- Not saying you are wrong, but that is a pretty bold statement as there is sooooo much that needs to be played out still.
  2. I hear you. I remember it being a “cool” type of win. But I think the bills were also like 2-8 or something at the time and it was a relatively meaningless game
  3. It was the Stevie Johnson “why so serious “ game I believe. Not too memorable IMO though
  4. Going to be very interesting to see how this ends up. If I were to take a wild guess, I would say the cases get settled (for large amounts of money) and the NFL dishes him a lengthy suspension due to inappropriate behaviour. But all it takes is 1 person wanting to go to court, so will be very interesting to see how it plays out.
  5. I do think there is a trade off though. Bills excel with 10 and 11 personnel and if you go 12 personnel, then you are taking Gabe Davis, Beasley or Sanders out for most likely Jacob Hollister. I think that directly impacts the passing game IMO
  6. Would you trade a lot of the Bills passing success for running the ball effectively? I wouldn't personally. Look no further than the Chiefs. They are not a good running team by any means, but they do just enough to make you pay if you don;t respect the run at all. We saw it first hand in October. The Bills just need to run the ball respectively- Doesn't necessarily even have to be good.
  7. For sure and I agree. In terms of the no offseason though, Herbert and burrow played well, especially Herbert. (2 other rookie QBs) With the hip injury, it’s definitely possible to your point that he wasn’t full recovered and needed some more time to heal.
  8. Allen had so many traits though, and even though he struggled in his rookie year, you can just see the potential. Do you see any traits in Tua yourself? I don’t see many personally , but just curious to see if you have a different perspective on him than I do.
  9. The staple Dick Jauron years and beyond. Go 7-9 and draft around 12
  10. In total they got a 1st and 3rd for moving down 3 spots... That is a pretty damn good move by them
  11. 100 percent agreed. My good friend is a dolphin fan and sees it the exact same way. I think this is a huge win for Miami
  12. Haha. I think Mahomes is his new man crush though. Him and Nantz basically did half of the chiefs games this year.
  13. Ya I’m starting to think that. They must have told him to tone down the pre snap reads though. The first few years he was doing it like all the time and I loved it personally. But the last few years not so much at all. You got to wonder if the league told him to tone it down. Now if they can only tell him to tone down the Pat Mahomes love fest.
  14. 1. I think there will be big changes in terms of the actual scheme of the run game and will do a lot more runs with Morse pulling. 2. I think they are banking on star coming back and making an impact, as well as Oliver making a huge leap in year 3. 3. definitely disappointed in them not really addressing the pass rush. They need to add an impact player here somehow.
  15. I think Beane is going to go best player available. I am hoping that “best player” is at corner or a DE though
  16. Love this signing. They needed an RB with some speed
  17. I love what Beane has done this off season for the most part, but I’m very disappointed he hasn’t done more to address the pash rush. Like this is potentially the only change at pass rush?.. To go along with an aging Hughes and Addison. I really hope they draft one in the first or 2nd round, but even then, it’s a far guarantee that player will be a difference maker right away.
  18. Is that what it is, 5 mil? I was wondering about the dead cap hit
  19. Ya that’s what I’m not sure of. As much as I like Milano, I honestly wish they spent the money on someone like Carl Lawson. (I know he was a bit more expensive) I would definitely get a pass rusher in the first round and would even trade up if there’s a guy in striking distance. Like if Paye fell into the 20s somehow. It’s a huge need of the team IMO. I am nitpicking as Beane has done a great job. But I really hope he addresses that position and drafts a corner on day 2.
  20. Yep I agree. While Beane has done a great job at re signing key guys at modest prices and has some great moves, I am a little disappointed in a few positions he hasn’t addressed. Yet at least. 1. Getting a pass rusher 2. Upgrading at CB2 3. Upgrading at RB (I’m ok with Knox at TE) Now it’s still super early and one or more of those things can still be upgraded. But I would be disappointed if they do not address at least two of those things.
  21. Knox drives me crazy, but I truly think he’s going to take a big step next year. Hes still so raw and has all the physical skills to succeed. Just needs more reps I think.
  22. Well there goes our back to back afc east titles!
  23. 1. Paying 10-12 mil to gronk would have been a disaster. 2. 2 years 16 mil for Rudolph in which he signed is just insane 3. Eagles probably were demanding way too much for a 30 year old player in which is coming off an injury riddled season. Beane had a price that he was willing to pay for one of those players, and it didn’t fit. You can’t get into bidding wars for average, aging tight ends.
  24. How do you figure that? Eagles are in cap trouble and may now have to release Ertz instead of getting something for him. The Eagles really didn’t have any leverage with this trade. If beane didn’t like the price they were asking, the Bills would move on. Which is precisely what happened by the looks of it.
