  1. the WORST part was when he let up 214 yards rushing. right up the middle!! just standing there on the sidelines, not making tackles. Go back and read his scouting report from college. It's right there, NOT A TACKLER. TENDS TO SIT ON SIDELINES WHILE DEFENSE PLAYS HARD. DOES NOTHING TO CONTRIBUTE TO DEFENSE. THERE'S your problem!
  2. named all the former dolphins players as captains
  3. I'm watching the Sabres. Fucckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk this team.
  4. do you have a lawn by chance?
  5. the "whaley needs to go" joke has jumped the shark. it's worse than the ralph is cheap "joke".
  6. i can't wait for the new england patriots led by jimmy garappollo. the mass-holes will disappear in droves and all of a sudden the Bruins will have a fanbase again.
  7. he's...not...Muslim...though? in fact, he has Christian tattoos.
  8. i love reading this sentence completely out of context. it's kind of hilarious.
  9. He states his position as if we can trade in a W against an NFC team for a W against an AFC team. If you beat more opponents than the other teams in your conference, you move on.
  10. my new advice is to give hunter more than 2 targets.
  11. I'm not super excited about Lawson coming into the fold just yet. No training camp. No snaps this year. And, as a rookie, he's just supposed to pick up mid-season form and contribute? I'm not sold and I don't think we should be leaning on him to make significant contributions. Especially coming off surgery. The defense is playing well. Why not just shelf him until next year?
  12. I was not one of them. I did like Trent Edwards pre and post Arizona cardinals game.
  13. Where are all the ___________ fans/haters at? needs to die as a topic starter. there's so much i-told-you-so garbage on these posts.there's never a "i was completely wrong about x,y and z" just a 'i made one wild endorsement and it panned out, now here's a post'.
  14. DAYMAN, fighter of remembering the past 16 years, champion of the...sun, master of ruining it for everyone.
  15. give Hunter more than 1 target. i think he could be a solid contributor.

  17. maybe not soft, maybe just injury prone. https://fansided.com/2014/09/04/buffalo-bills-sammy-watkins-developing-worrisome-injury-history/ this is a two-year-old article. where are we two years later? exactly where we thought we'd be.
  18. yeah why has that report fallen by the wayside? i remember hearing he needed surgery as well. i think he's not ready to go and they're going to game time decision garappolo. if he can hand off and make intermediate throws, he's going. if not, edelman. he's throwing: https://twitter.com/jeffphowe/status/781179141701955584?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw
  19. who cares how many games you play. if you're playing them hurt and under performing, you might as well not even show up.
  20. whatever you say. Welcome to Belichick's no-mercy policy. Although criticism and questions about Belichick's moves will further paint him as the bad guy in his showdown against Tony Dungy and the Colts next Sunday, the Pats coach simply doesn't care. He wore the black hoodie in the Week 1 spy incident and accepted his punishment. Now, he's making the league pay with blowouts. That's why, on Sunday, he • kept Brady on the field for an 88-yard drive six minutes into the fourth quarter despite already leading 38-0. On that 14-play drive, the Patriots went for a fourth-and-1 at the Redskins' 7 and ordered a 35-yard bomb to Randy Moss. • went for a fourth-and-2 at the Redskins' 37 on the next possession while leading 45-0. Backup QB Matt Cassel hit Jabar Gaffney with a 21-yard pass. Two plays later, Cassel scrambled for a 15-yard touchdown run to open up a 52-0 lead. Asked why he would go for two fourth downs in a blowout, Belichick responded, "What do you want us to do, kick a field goal?" Pressed further, he said, "It's 38-0. It's fourth down. We're just out there playing."
  21. boiled cabbage. also did the tape of him throwing look like this?
  22. in that respect, YOU'RE guessing as well. also "Jimmy G gives the Pats the best chance to win this the reason why he will start" pretty much ignores the fact that his shoulder is cabbage right now.
  23. I'm really not arguing this Rex thing (he's going to get destroyed on Sunday). I am more interested in the concept of chirping at your opponent during the week that leads to Sunday losses. "If a team needs something like this to get up for the game, then they're going to lose, because their attitude toward preparation sucks." If that's true, why do we even have the term 'bulletin board material'? Is this just reserved for the HS and college level? Here's one from the inviolable, infallible Pats*: On the screens inside the Patriots training facility, New England displayed multiple quotes from Miami players after they beat the Patriots in the regular-season opener, about how the Patriots players quit, about how they took it to them, and each Patriot was able to repeatedly walk past and read the multitude of quotes the Miami players said about them after the opener. Someone wanted New England to remember. Why put it up there if they think their players don't need added motivation and they're prepared for the game?
