  1. By definition, clean pocket right here:
  2. the cherry-picked pass plays from the all-22 you mean? i've seen joe b's arbitrary grading and Bocephuz's "Sufficient protection means that TT had time to hit his drop and had at least a second to scan the field." oh is that the official clean pocket definition?
  3. show me the WRs on those sacks. those are coverage sacks. also clean pocket + bills O doesnt exist. you're acting like we have Dallas line and just has clean pockets for days. man why does tryod keep bailing on all of those clean, clean pockets is something i've never said.
  4. maybe just be able to see the TE and the QB at the same time. anyone who decides that they know that Tyrod missed that throw to Clay by simply watching the video is lying to themselves. watch the film of tyrod dropping back. when he reaches the end of his drop those TEs are at the 25-27 yard line TOPS, they don't cross until the 35, and Clay isn't open until he hits the 40. So he's sitting back there waiting while they lumber another 15+ yards (it's across the field). you only need eyes to figure that out. furthermore, go show me some patriot TE 30-yard routes from off the line. it's low-percentage garbage playcalling.
  5. The ones who rail against Tyrod thread after thread were/are unsurprisingly team EJ. They need their turn to drive a QB out of town.
  6. what QB doesn't leave plays that were to be made on the field?
  7. Yeah, it's the OCs fault for running 20 yard crossing patterns with two non-pass-catching TEs who benefit from 1.0 second of separate because of the zone coverage. Him bouncing in the pocket is waiting for the TEs to run 20 yards down the field from a three point stance and then get across to the opposite side of the field. It's bad playcalling from a RB coach. But people still want to put full blame on TT for performance after he's been decimated at WR and is on his second OC this year. It's amazing.
  8. Actually his targets are down. From 6+ a game to 5.1 this year. Add 11-12 more targets to his numbers to get to a 6 tpg. That could be 100+ yards, which would dramatically change this argument. Especially if one of those was a TD. It wouldn't be a good case for decline.
  9. this reminds me of the why your team sucks where someone wrote in about Buffalo fans sitting on message boards dissecting plays like they have any idea what they're talking about. How do you know that O'Leary wasn't his first read? And by the time the cross happens and he looks back to Clay the coverage is already closing in? You don't. And that's exacerbated by the fact that it's a 30-yard throw. He most likely released when he moved from O'Leary to Clay and has a 1.5 second window. Which you can't tell any of this because they SHOW THE PLAYS SEPARATELY.
  10. "Problems"-See linked article from the OP titled The Chiefs Have Real Problems. Much in the same way that, yes, we won yesterday and the week before, but we also have problems.
  11. it's December and we get to watch a meaningful game(s). last five years entering Dec: 4-7, 4-8, 5-6, 5-6, 2-9
  12. haha. only bills fans would find ways to minimize a win. but when we lose from something trivial we eat our own. it's a lose-lose. i think the problem is that he wants to not be known as 'captain check down 2' as people so lovingly call him around here, so he's looking for a bigger play that's not always there, which grinds him into this all or nothing style. look downfield, hope for your 1st option and MAYBE 2nd option to get open, roll in the pocket to buy time, nothing there? take off or take sack. It's the same thing over and over.
  13. Toggling between years for the QB TD/INT Ratio link, the stat only starts to become impactful and an indicator of success when you reach a certain threshold for TDs. If you can still command a 3.0+ ratio after you've thrown say 25+ TDs, you're most likely a playoff/super bowl QB.
  14. https://www.sportingcharts.com/nfl/stats/touchdown-to-interception-ratio/2016/ yeah no. 13 QBs do and two of those are Goff and Kessler (6 and 3 TDs).
  15. YOU HAVE THE BEST RUN O IN THE N.F.L. LET THAT SINK IN. OAKLANDS RUN D IS 26TH. double mccoy's carries (he had 19). put felton in the backfield. use big sets. don't expose TT. have good pass plays out of play action. win the boring way.
  16. I still feel like they have problems. Alex Smith had 1 TD, 220 yds was sacked 6 times and had a 68-yard-rusher behind him and no turnovers from the D. Yet, despite that, they still win in OT in the final seconds with a bank shot off the goal post. I guess they're the model of efficiency and luck.
  17. I know the Bills front office reads TBD, so I'm just going to workshop some 2017 slogans in real time: "Now with only five years left on Dareus' contract!" "17 Year Playoff Drought? More Like 17 Stress-Free Januarys" "Did you know we went to four super bowls in the 90s?...it's true!" "Brady's GOT to start regressing. Right?" "The NFL won't add more wild card spots, because they know...oh do they know" "We Reached out to Frank Reich for Head Coach...he gave us a Maybe"
  18. 11 turnovers from two games vs the Jets and Jags? That's pretty smoke and mirrors for a +13 differential.
  19. Interesting read on Deadspin. Sometimes numbers do lie. http://deadspin.com/the-chiefs-have-real-problems-1789266197
  20. i like your style. as a Bills fan, can we vacate our last 30 seasons.
  21. freaky title? did you see the drawing? who's green-lighting this stuff? that's just bad.
  22. translation: we can't cut him, we actually need him. look at those double spaces between periods. you're dating yourself.
  23. we also never had players named jimbo, biscuit, TKO, spiderman, 7-Eleven, FredEx, Beast Mode or the thuminator.
