Agreed, blatantly obvious... Why don't they call these??? I just don't get it.
" ah well the Bills D line is just too good. Hold off on the flags guys"
It's gonna hurt us (and has already)
Agreed....
I am also of the opinion though that he can't play. His "highlights" from college are improv plays to Mike Evans mostly. He'll come in and look good for a quarter or 2 until D's adjust. Kinda like when Vick came in off the bench.
I think the biggest deal about JF is that he thinks he has "arrived" and it's very clear that he hasn't, and has quite a long shot to even be a serviceable NFL player.
I think you misinterpreted what I was saying.... I was agreeing with your point, sarcasm and all. In fact I'm surprised that anyone still carried that point (I'm glad you do) at all or did they all just buy into the WGR analaytics theories as facts already.
Thats because he knows how to coach a football team based on strengths, weaknesses and relying on all facets of his team... Kinda like most coaches. And NOT like analytics nerds who believe their skewed numbers are FACTS!
Not seeing it man. The arm warp occurs with the best of 'em. But anyway his arm was around him not on him til the same spilt second the ball arrived .. It's all good either way. Trying to move on. We woulda lost to you guys any way.
Totally agree we need to try - Just think JF will never be remotely close - could be wrong. Would rather let EJ continue to develop than go JF. Screw JF
All of our coaches (including future hypothetical hires such as Cowher and Harbaugh and on and on) will net this same result where you will claim they are the worst ever and dumb and gutless and inept, and then one day....one magical day we will acquire a Franchise QB and our coach will have a shot.
I agree Whaley is a must-keep...along with Schwartz.... I suspect Marrone would even look a whole lot better (magically ) with the franchise QB this team needs
2 serviceable guards, a TE and a Franchise level QB.
The D is fantastic, but clearly still not good enough (unfortunately) to get the to the playoffs with just an average QB.
The "Dilfer formula" isn't going to work here it seems.
The bad reffing certainly doesn't excuse the horrible offensive execution in the 2nd half, but the PI on Gilmore was certainly horrific in nature as was the "bump" on Hughes which was clearly not intentional at all. The Gilmore play would be a coaches tape used in training a corner just exactly how to perfectly cover that particular route. Such incompetence ....
Mario (still the best player on the Bills) will be in there too I would think... Remember players and coaches get to vote too and they understand how important he is to our scheme and what a physical presence he is.
Sanchez looked pretty good last night. I am impressed , but also feeling like over the course of a few more games he will look like the average QB he is. Just like Orton and many others. Nothing wrong with average. They can win for you with the right cast.
Thats fine - (it was my interpretation as well)
It would be a flawed play design however if Brown was really expected to contain the edge from his snap position which was too deep and inside to hope to get out on Charles.
I really like point # 2 there... Makes a lot of sense
