  1. Opted out after a 15 sack season. This guy would have gone top 10 if he played in 2020. On that alone it’s worth the pick. Big frame too and doesn’t need to grow into his nfl form.
  2. Not sure how realistic this is (1st 2 rounds) but it happened
  3. Today produced a defensive draft trying to go as close to BPA as possible
  4. Barmore Falls! And a trade to get into the 4th round.
  5. Love both the Moore WR's for added speed / eventual slot replacement on our team. Neither of them will still be there by our 2nd pick. Would be happy to land either.
  6. That exists already it's called Josh always avoids the first defender and burns you as he takes off scrambling for 10 yards a pop in those situations . Seriously though there is some validity to your concern too, and being able to run for balance at times can help for sure.
  7. of the 3 available choices its tough... Phillips potentially gives that pass rush we need and an infusion of youth at that position. JOK will be able to help immensely vs schemes like what New England is going to use (12 personnel) and vs. guys like Kelce, and Rb's out of the backfield. Also a good rover and blitzer.
  8. Johnson also had the assistance of the ridiculous pile of picks he got from fleecing everyone with the Hershel Walker trade. Sorry I just still hate the man
  9. Also, make no mistake that Starting LB, Starting RT and (likely starting G) swing Interior OL was addressed in free agency. Just because they signed during the week leading up to it shouldn't take them out of the mix.
  10. Hollister had some nice moments in Seattle. I like this get as a "1B" to Knox as he (hopefully) continues to develop consistency.
  11. This should be the post to end the thread...
  12. and McKenzie! (I hope)
  13. This is not some debate being had by Bills brass as might be being implied here. The film available to us from 2020 (lots of cover1 analysis available out there) shows clearly that more often than not, the reason for difficulties in the running game were due to blocking failures. The Bills brass already knows that. Some of it seemed to be scheme related as well (ie. running out of 10 personnel). The 2 guys we have can get the job done on an offense that will be focused on JA17, and rightly so. A speedy receiving back (like Hunt) is about the only way I see the Bills adding a FA running back.
  14. first significant memory was live at this game watching Walter Payton flip over our D line. By far he's my favorite non-Bill ever. I was 8, LOL.
  15. There's really no need to even talk about getting another RB unless he has 4.3 speed and great hands and can run routes. Why even bother otherwise? The backs we have are just fine for our scheme and usage and still somehow averaged 4 YPC in 2020 with awful run blocking at times. Its not like we're going to throw LESS passes per game with JA at the helm. I like the Hunter Henry idea though! Perfect guy to go with the still developing Knox.
