  1. It being a 1:00 PM game, I don't know what to do, I'm out of practice. Normally New Years Eve is a bunch of appetizers, now though I'm thinking of warm Lobster Rolls but that'll be for after the game... It'll probably end up being donuts because I'm lazy.
  2. Gronk is a P.O.S ... Suspended 1 game for intentionally trying to injure someone doesn't cut it... If a player did the exact same thing to Brady they'd have been done for the season.
  3. Meanwhile in Foxboro, 4 letter expletives were heard from Bailey Zappe and the interior of the patriots o-line.
  4. It had the 5th lowest viewership numbers of the season ahead of only 3 overseas games and a Saints/ Panthers Monday night game. The earlier game between the Bengals/Steelers had twice the viewers. I'm guessing that the majority of people that signed up for peacock to see this game will dump peacock after the playoff game (which I'll bet is this seasons lowest rated playoff game)
  5. They seem to only take 1 player at any given position so ... TE - Antonio Gates ... WR - Reggie Wayne ... 1070 receptions, 14,345 yds, 82 TDs ... These numbers are all better than Holt and Johnson DE - Julius Peppers RT - Willie Anderson ST/WR - Devin Hester
  6. Part of the griping is because of his own doing. By saying that it was a "minor knee injury" and he'd be ready to go by the start of the season, it gave fans hope. Now here we are at the end of the season and he's still not ready judging by his below Boogie level of play. Griping about his contract was justified day one ... I get that it was a final piece to the puzzle move, but it didn't work out that way. The lesson to be learned is that this is a game for 20 year olds unless you're a QB ... don't back up the Brinks truck to a non QB in his mid 30's. It'll be a shame to lose Epenesa, a young player on the ascent because they're overpaying a former star on the mend.
  7. They've already lost to MacCorkle and the Wilson twins, how much worse can it be.
  8. I'm glad the patriots are starting Zappe over MacCorkle Jones. In the previous Bills/pats game, the Bills Defense made Jones look like a HOFer. Losing to Jones twice in a season would be pitiful.
  9. I see a number of people mentioning Purdy but IMO he isn't even the MVP on his own team. Then there's Reek in Miami, he may get to 2000 yards but what about the guy getting him the ball ? ... Tua's passing numbers this year are slightly better than Josh. Tua has about 440 more passing yards, 1 fewer TD pass and 5 fewer INTs. With a couple of great games he could get to 5000 yds. If the Bills win the East, Josh will be ahead of both water mammals, if they don't he doesn't stand a chance. Then there's Lamar, who leads the team with the best record in the league. He is his teams best passer and runner and he's throwing to a rookie, a TE and OBJ who has been irrelevant since he was a Giant.
  10. 1. Josh Allen 2. Stefon Diggs 3. James Cook 4. Ed Oliver 5. Terrell Bernard
  11. I could see Epenesa get a 4 Year 50M with 25M guaranteed contract. His numbers would be gaudier if McDermott rotated players a little bit less and he was starting. If you can get Floyd back for a fully guaranteed 6M ... DO IT.
  12. Fire him I say ... Get rid of him KC, he'll never win you another Super Bowl ... They should trade Mahomes to the NFC or CFL as well.
  13. 1. McCaffrey - It's a QB award so I don't think he'll win it but he's having an amazing season. 2. Lamar Jackson - QB leads the AFC team with the best record 3. Josh Allen - If the Bills win the AFC ... Maybe 4. Tua - It's a QB award so the guy who throws it to Reek 5. Reek Hill Purdy and Prescott hurt their chances this past weekend.
  14. I never root for a player to get injured (I admit to wanting Brady to feel pain) however after the Bills injuries the past couple of years, I won't lose sleep over another teams injuries, The Bills have had more than their share. I won't cry if the Ravens win this game and we face a Dolphins team with two flat front tires. (Waddle & Reek) week #18. The Bills have had two starters out since London. GO BILLS !!! GO RAVENS !!!
  15. If the season ended today ... #1 Baltimore - Bye #7 Indianapolis @ #2 Miami #6 Buffalo @ #3 Kansas City #5 Cleveland @ #4 Jacksonville Ravens and Dolphins have clinched playoff berths but haven't clinched their divisions. Browns clinch a playoff berth with 1 more win. Bills have scored 70 more points than the Chiefs and have given up only 11 more points than them at this point.
