  1. I'd guess they want a Kicker on the PS with Bass nursing a Pelvis injury and his inconsistency the last couple of years. Maybe Bass re-injured himself while shanking that 24 yarder against the Bucs.
  2. He'll both help and hurt the Packers, on the field he'll be great ... When they have to pay their QB that'll be over 100M for two players, they still have 51 other players they have to pay. I don't think I'd give up two firsts for anything other than a QB. Not having those picks will hurt.
  3. Unless you're a season ticket holder.
  4. I had my first of two drafts Tuesday night, my second is tomorrow night. This is a traditional scoring league at NFL.com but has two extra players and plays two flex players and two Kickers. this is a 10 person league and I had the first pick, can you guess who ? QB - Josh Allen RB - Josh Jacobs, Alvin Kamara WR - Nico Collins, Tyreek Hill Flex - Courtland Sutton, Aaron Jones TE - Mark Andrews DST - Ravens K - Harrison Butker, Daniel Carlson Bench - C J Stroud, Zach Charbonnet, Keon Coleman, Deebo Samuel, Cade Otten, Lions.
  5. If It's snowing when the Bills wear these Allen won't be able to find his receivers. Good thing the money I was going to use to buy new merch is in House's wallet.
  6. The biggest reason for optimism is Josh Allen and what he can do to opposing Defenses. - A solid line in front of Josh and a really good RB room. - Coleman reportedly looking really good this summer. - A healthy Benford, Bernard and Milano.
  7. Jaguars PS.
  8. Of the options Epenesa would be a surprise to me, he's tradeable and our #3 DE. Jackson as well because he's a rookie 3rd round pick. Carter wouldn't be a shock due to his play, though he's a 2nd year 3rd round pick, I think they give him another season. Shavers was our best WR in the preseason, I think he should make it but he's the one on that list that would annoy me.
  9. Good for him ... Not so good for the Dolphins ... Good for us.
  10. The hell ... We cut both Mike White and white Steve ?
  11. It's only a flesh wound
  12. He played the entire game because the QB position is locked up and he's #4 out of 3. They didn't want to risk losing Trubisky or even soon to be PS QB White to injury. Then again maybe White didn't play because they have a trade worked out for him. Weren't Trubisky and Beuchele both at Josh' wedding, but not White ?
  13. Thanks, I just saw his name, was unaware he was injured.
  14. Lewis Cine a Safety that the Eagles poached off our PS last season has been released. He was a 1st round choice of the Vikings in 2022 out of Georgia. .

  16. If they see you throw a punch you're ejected, he clearly threw one.
  17. Shavers - I believe that when he was originally signed to the practice squad a couple of years ago, one of the things mentioned about him was his Special Teams play ... With Shakir recovering from a high ankle sprain and with Samuel constantly injured, I'd bet they either keep 6 or put Samuel on IR. Walker - He has made some plays in all 3 preseason games. Yes he makes some errors as well but I think he's looking pretty good for a 4th round rookie coming back from some back injury. By the time Hoecht and Ogunjobi are able to return my guess is they'll have a DE and DT ready to be put on IR, I'll keep my gut instinct silent on who that might be. Bass - Looked great on the 47 yd FG, missed a chippy, he has become a coin flip Kicker, Heads he makes it tails he misses. I hope they sign a Kicker to the PS just in case their confidence in him reaches mine. Zy Alexander might be worth developing.
  18. What's wrong with the quote ? ... It was made after preseason last year after Bishop missed most of it.
  19. They're too busy to cut, besides all the top training staffs have already been signed in FA.
  20. To my eyes the Defense looks the same whether Frazier was running it or whether Babich runs it because it's McD's Defense. It's the same soft shell that allows receivers to run free and settle into an open spot for easy completions, where then we have to hope that we can tackle the receiver. There were issues with that in Chicago. Sometimes I think they forget that as long as they don't hold, they're pretty much allowed to abuse the receivers within 5 yards of the LOS. Our DB's unfortunately are always going backwards to get into their shell at the snap. Knocking a receiver or two off their mark at the line would help give our DE's more time to get to the QB. Year after year I have more confidence in our Defense on 3rd and 1 than on 3rd and 10.
  21. I don't think I'd feel too let down if he signs with the Steelers. Is Samuel anywhere near ready to return ?
