Yes they can do better, changing the Defensive philosophy might be required though.

Changing coordinators hasn't exactly been working here. I'd take Seattle OC Klint Kubiak for HC ... For the back half of Josh Allen's career it would seem like the right thing to do would be to give him an Offensive minded HC and a GM that's a little better at drafting and cap management.
