I think so. I understand why others would have Philly ranked higher due to be undefeated. They played 3 games down to the wire. The team we just destroyed in their stadium last week just took them to OT at home. I think we’ve been more impressive.

I told you so…. 😉 McD taking over the defense made a huge impact on its performance. Thanks for these tidbits. I enjoy them on a weekly basis. Floyd has helped McD transform the defense. Easily our best signing and possibly the best signing in the entire league based on the salary and the return. I really hope he’s a bill longer than this season, but I bet an AFC team will back up the brinks truck for him.

Niners Bills KC Philly Miami Dallas Baltimore Detroit Jax LAC- TB- LAR Bills over KC because we have the best win by far and have been the best team in the league the last 3 weeks. Philly undefeated but haven’t been very impressive to me. Baltimore gets my nod over Detroit because they’re 3-1 while being absolutely decimated with injuries.

I think we’re fine as long as Benford, Jackson and Elam stay healthy. I like Ingram on the ps. Just bring in another 1-2 guys to learn system in case another 2 guys get hurt I wouldn’t trade anyone on the DL. Injuries are bound to happen.

To be fair to Frazier in this respect, Hughes had no one worth a dam running with him under Frazier. Beane blew it in that respect those years. Prior to Frazier, Hughes was running with Mario, Kyle and Dareus. when there’s only one good pass rusher to worry about, it’s easy for an offense to scheme around him. That said, I do understand what you’re saying and I agree with the premise of your statement

Yup. Definitely not a good fit for their personnel. Their inside backers aren’t very good. Long flashes and he’s decent but Baker is a liability. Sometimes it takes awhile for these guys to get accustomed to different schemes. I think their d will get better as the season goes on if they don’t suffer any more injuries.

He got blown up in the backfield on at least 3 plays I can remember. The OL has been good, but they got collapsed on a few runs yesterday. I love Cook. I also love Latavious. I get pumped every time he touches the ball.

This is all speculation imo. We don’t know what was said behind closed doors. We don’t know what McD did or didn’t say to Frazier over the years. Do we know that it was Frazier calling the plays in 13 seconds? I don’t really care to discuss this anymore. I’d rather live in the present than complain about the past. Especially to complain about our HC/DC that just shut down the vaunted Miami O. He won that game yesterday, taking a perceived young mastermind to the woodshed

I agree. And he was relieved of his duties. It’s not like we didn’t have very good defenses with him. They just weren’t good enough, partly because of him. I don’t agree with people that are banging on McD for not firing Frazier sooner.

Because Frazier was a good Dc. Not elite like McD. He was also learning the nuances of being an nfl HC. Once he felt that he felt comfortable, he took the reigns. jmo
