Yeah. I think it has everything to do with replacing Spector. Just spitballing here, if Bernard is out (which is my prediction), how do we line up at LB. My initial thought was Klein in the middle and Dodson outside. Then after some thought, Dodson was battling Bernard for the middle in camp, he should know the calls. Maybe he shifts inside and Dorian Williams plays outside….. thoughts? If Taron is out (and Rapp already out) could we see some Dodson-Klein-Williams? I expect KC to try and pound some pacheco

This Hochuli crew especially. That horse collar/ intentional grounding vs Philly may have been the worst call I’ve ever seen. Gabe was literally standing 3 yards away from where the ball landed. If they didn’t wanted to call the horse collar- I have no problem with that…..but to turn around and throw the grounding flag….. just wow. That was INSANE i am 💯 worried about the refs

Yeah me too, I figured we could have an advantage up the middle, that’s why I reached out to them. They both think he’s no better than backup level and not good bs the run or pass. If Omenihu is somehow out, I think the Nnadi injury will hurt as Omenihu played some inside after he went out. They’ll need him to help replace the NT. Iirc, 20% of the WRs in his combine year seemed to run under 4.4. Not 💯 sure, but I remember one season in which the 40 times were super low and obv not correct in comparison to other years He is- which could also be a good thing for them. We had no Daquan, no von, a hurt Ed and phillips….. Cinci had backups playing against our backups and injured……. more to my point- KC was missing 4 OL vs tampa……they didn’t find a way. That’s an actual championship team that failed due to injury. It happens. Injuries can impact the best teams in such a negative way where they lose games

Well, the injuries are massive if Bernard and Taron are out. Almost every podcast and YT video I watched today discussing the matchup discussed the injuries and how impactful they might be. but that’s besides the point. He has a 7.5 cap hit next year. I don’t think that’s a feasible number for him next year. Time will tell. Our talent level will likely take a slight dip next season and I envision the safety position to be one that takes a hit. I think McD will push the envelope to bring them back if they want to return but I think they’ll be asked to take less. Bringing the band back usually takes some sacrifice on the players side. At this stage in their career I think playing with this locker room is enough to take a cut. I hope so anyway. I’d like both back
