  1. I don’t think I insinuated that you did
  2. Another version of a lucky bounce for KC. This was the dumbest decision in the history of football imo. Lots of benefit to kicking off to start OT. I don’t see much of an advantage for receiving. Maybe ST should fire shanahan? 😂 no.
  3. I believe coaches can improve. I believe McD has improved. That’s not to say I think McD is a great coach or will definitely lead us to a SB, I just don’t think the current situation (losing to an all time great dynasty year in year out) is all on McD. I’ve been on record in saying that I hoped we had fired McD if we could’ve replaced him with Ben Johnson, but we don’t know if Johnson would’ve even joined us. Chance could be good. It could be bad. I’m not against it. I’m just not in the camp that McD is and always will be incapable of winning a SB. The last paragraph shows that you obviously have a different general level of optimism regarding the team and this regime, so I expect you to feel as you do. I can understand why you feel like you do. I just don’t agree with it 💯
  4. I won’t be surprised. I know how hard it is to win Super Bowls. Maybe the niners should fire shanahan. He’s obviously never going to win one….. he’s had his chance…. No
  5. You’re certainly entitled to that opinion. I think that we could have won it this year if our players had executed better. I don’t blame McD for our season ending
  6. Other teams will lose players and I believe our coaching will be better. If we add talent to the right positions and hit on draft picks plus get a couple nice value FA signings, we’ll be in the mix for sure
  7. I don’t think our coaching is always awful…they’ve made their share of mistakes but they’re just not up to par with the greatness of Reid and Spags. Throw elite clutch players (not just Mahomes) and they just find a way. I think that we’d have won at least 2 SBs if we would’ve had Chris Jones and Butker and KC didn’t. My point with that is that it’s not just coaching. Executing play calls with the game on the line. Getting to the QB, kicking a fg, making the pass with the game on the line.
  8. Agreed. I feel it
  9. Must be nice to have so many clutch players that just get it done when they need to and have coaching staffs that dial up the perfect play calls on 3rd and 4th downs. I am jealous of that. congrats- helluva win KC. The niners let them stay in the game and they paid the price. kC benefitted from 2 random lucky errors that you rarely ever see that changed the game in the blocked xp and punt off dudes foot. I hope Chris Jones leaves. He’s so amazing. You can always count on him to wreck the most important plays and you can always count on Butker to nail the FG and XP. Kelce, Reid, Spags ditto. It’s a special collection of a handful of great coaches and players and GM
  10. But he’s not 180
  11. Our problem is that we don’t get the #1 seed? 🙄 .
  12. Bingo!
  13. Yeah, deanthony thomas was his favorite player, so they became his team when they drafted that bum
  14. Troy Franklin is a chiefs fan! 😂 😢
  15. Were the bills remember? Luck like this could never happen 😜 but we can dream!!! We’d be so set
  16. 2 slots imo. No thanks
  17. Talk about exaggerating. Sheeeesh mahomes was so hurt that he ran for 44 yards on 6 carries. He was so limited that he wasn’t sacked once vs the team that led the league in sacks (kudos to you OL, they played great) which 4 or your top 5 WRs were you missing? mvs 72% snap count moore 56% Juju 45% hardman 22% toney 6% we were missing multiple all pros and our highest paid defensive players for entire seasons Our big investment missed entire games. Entire seasons. Had injuries that affected players for multiple seasons. if love to see how you guys would’ve faired without Chris Jones. Von miller was coming off an incredible run with the rams and made several HUGE plays vs you guys in 2022 and single handedly ended your last 3 drives. He got hurt a month later and has been gone ever since. Take Chris jones away…..and your seasons ended similarly. you guys were definitely a few plays short of making 6 straight Super Bowls. I don’t like KC but I understand football and admire the greatness of the big 3, Reid, Spags and Mahomes. I think they’ll be fine if Kelce retires and the big 3 return. I’m friends with a handful of chiefs fans. Each of them agree that they’ve been super lucky injury wise. You disagree and can’t admit that you’ve been lucky with regards to injury 🤷🏻‍♂️
  18. 🙄 Mahomes played great- the injury certainly didn’t affect him very much. yeah the Dee ford Offside and the dropped int were tough. Bad luck/poor execution. Players not getting it done. The last time you’ve had any key injuries you got blown out in the SB due to those injuries. if you’re really trying to compare the KC bad luck/injuries to the bills bad luck/injuries you’re in the wrong forum. There is no comparison. What is your point? That the entire defense was their most valuable PLAYER?
  19. It certain cases that’s all you have to do. Like in Josh’s case this year. Just look at the turnovers and the losses. Both matter to mvp voters. As for off ball LBers to be a teams most valuable player, tackles don’t cut it. Turnovers and sacks separate the good from the greats. Smiths 8 PBs are solid- but I don’t he how raking up a bunch of tackles and a PB every other game would make him more valuable that Lamar.
  20. No, he just needs the other elite qbs to lose twice as many games and turn the ball over a bunch.
  21. Meh- 1 int. 1 FF. 0 FR. If someone thinks he’s the team mvp, they need a clue. Their defense is the most valuable PLAYER. Got it
  22. Who was the ravens mvp if not lamar? A MLB or a S?
  23. For sure- I’m not saying injuries are the only reason we haven’t won one. Definitely a combination or execution, coaching and injuries.
  24. The cornerstone playmaker of our offense for the next 7-10 years. The kid just needs to put on some weight and get stronger to avoid getting demolished. Seems to take lots of big licks
  25. Other than what I’ve seen during the college football season, I haven’t seen much of Wilson, Burton or Washington. I have watched some Javon Baker. He reminds me of a slightly lesser version of Ja’Lynn Polk. Tenacious competitor. Good at just about everything but lacks that high end speed everyone is clamoring for.
