I'm pretty sure JA17 missed an open target, maybe Cook on 3rd down which would have moved the chains instead went to Shakir for a TD which missed and settled for FG attempt. Last year he missed Kincaid as not a great pass. I would but I also understand that playing guys out of position not maximizing their abilities. People love Andre Reed and called him best slot WR in his era. Would he be a HOFer if played him in James Lofton's position on the outside? I doubt it.

And why is it Beane/McDermott getting all the blame? I'm sorry but last two KC playoff games were lost in part because Josh missed open targets and Bass missed a field goal that in the current NFL is make able. I'm not blaming them alone but when players fail they should get some of the blame too. Again prove to me Coleman is worse than the aforementioned are outside or all your talk is your feelings. Sorry I need proof to show it.

Or maybe we can beat the Chiefs in the regular season this year and lessen and/or prevent them from playing them in the post season with as tight things are in their division/Conference is this year.

Simply put McConkey simply didn't fill the skill set we wanted. He is predominately a slot guy as seen by his 63% slot routes thus far in his career. We were looking for an outside WR which Keon appeared to be based on his size and contested catch ability in college. I'm sick of people painting all WRs with the same brush because they aren't.

I love Josh as anyone but his struggles and forcing things are part of the reason this team is not undefeated. Yes, there's others to blame as well but if your part of the problem you get part of the blame. In which doing now. History is just that though we can't go back and change and only look forward and in the last 1.5 games the Bills defense has given up 12 points. Hopefully they can maintain playing at this level and Cook will be his great self and JA17 will get out of his current funk to make us that much better. As one thing Josh had done for most of his career is make the WRs around him better but so far this season he's struggled doing that.

Thankfully our run offense and defense carried us yesterday and hopefully can continue until Josh gets back to the form we know he can be as he clearly isn't there the last few weeks.
