  1. Not at pick #28 and unsure what it take to get in top 10 which to me too much.
  2. and giving up a pick this year and next year. Bad trade IMO unless we have an plan in place to replace him with someone younger (see Higgins)
  3. Bills receive 2025 second-round pick via Minnesota. Texans receive Stefon Diggs and a 2024 sixth-round pick and a 2025 fifth-round pick. https://t.co/WlL4mAaavz https://www.si.com/nfl/bengals/texans-trade-for-bills-star-stefon-diggs Feels like we gave up too much, Diggs and the picks? Seriously I would think if giving up picks we'd also look to get a player back.

  5. Tua hasn't gotten an extension yet and nor has than been whispers he's working on one. Joe Klatt mentioned in one of his mocks that Penix could give them the deep thrower they need and could be their 1st Rounder in April.
  6. McDermott referenced in when brought up different player body types etc. The biggest change to me is return men have to be better at avoiding contact vs pure speed. So you might see more backup RBs returning kicks now.
  7. Why not every Michigan QB but Brady? I mean Harbaugh, Grbac, Griese, Henson and Collins were decent backups but not great starters.
  8. Considering that the two backups only signed one year deals I don't see how limits us drafting a quality DT in the early part of the draft since need to find a long term answer to replace DaQuan who likely on his last contract for the next two seasons.
  9. In previous versions of CBA (not sure of recent one tbh) veterans earning the minimum salary counted at a lower cap figure to allow teams to not replace old guys with younger ones to allow veterans to play longer/get a vested pension etc.
  10. I don't think Allen will be added because Clapp started for the Chargers last season at Center and has played there most of his NFL career. Now I wouldn't be shocked if we add a veteran G to compete or drafted a kid for long term depth but just don't see another veteran Center addition.
  11. We likely signed him to a 1 year deal, not horrible for a 31 year old rotational DT. Carrington and Northern were both draft picks.
  12. Did your sources how we're going to acquire a 3rd round pick?
  13. I'm sure everyone is tired of me saying it but WR Cornelius Johnson is my sleeper WR. My sleeper RB is Isaiah Davis.
  14. The Chiefs haven't drafted a 1st Round WR for Mahomes since they added him. I guess they're a poor team to emulate?
  15. Id love to see the inner workings of the team but at same time it seems like Hard Knocks brings in necessary drama to teams involved which I wouldn't wish in my team.
  16. It remains to be seen in who will be available. Ultimately I think a DL like Chop Robinson, Darius Robinson or Johnny Newton could fall to us which to make me wait in WR as think the DL depth isn't great this year. I admit though I'd also love to grab Brian Thomas or Ad Mitchell or Xavier Legette.
  17. They went from a bunch of question marks to adding a bridge QB, a QB that still hasn't developed and a average at best backup. Much improved IMHO and at very little cost. Kudos to their GM.
  18. I just think with his 170 lbs is going to be less than ideal. I know about Dvonta Smith but feel he's an exception not a rule. I mean Worthy hype only come since his forty time imo.
  19. The law of averages and it seems like most elite speed guys struggle in the NFL and of course his low weight a concern. Diggs going to Maryland didn't help his cause as let's admit it they haven't been relevant in the NCAA. Toss in his best season was his freshman year and he struggled with injuries a bit in school etc. So his stock dropped for said reasons.
  20. Wothy maybe only because he's got elite speed and that might cause teams to not want to bump and run him because of fear he'll take them to the house but we've seen guys with elite speed struggle in the NFL. Tyreek has been an exception IMO not the rule. McConkey to be is a pure slot, as he wins based on route running and short area quickness. I know people will claim this sounds like Stef, difference being Stef was a 5 star guy coming out of highschool, Ladd was a 3 star. Also Stef plays bigger than his size IMO and has elite ability to separate. So, no I don't think either of these two will be above average outside options.
