We paid Von Miller who to prior his injury here was no role player. Joey Bosa is no role player. When White was extended he was amongst best CB in league. We might not had drafted WRs in years of Beane but traded for Kelvin Benjamin, Corey Coleman (former 1st Round pick), Antonio Brown and Diggs. We also signed guys like John Brown, Coleman Beasley, Emmanuel Sanders, Jamison Crowder, Terrelle Pryor and more. Sure several busted some excelled but again we made efforts to add talented WR other ways to let us draft other positions. Aka building a roster. Obviously looking at our drafting history maybe it not best plan to draft WRs. 3 years ago we didn't have as many holes on defense. But I know keep building an offense cuz as great as Josh and offense been in playoffs they can be a few points better but fail to see letting d talent lesser they get more worse than the offense improves and still lose in the playoffs.

Maybe cuz the 2027 draft a weaker class. I haven't studied the drafts in depth but could be.

Truth is as good as Taron Johnson is he isn't the big nickel that McDermott had in Carolina. Also we don't have any true NTs imo. Two things that would help us with stopping the run significantly.

Oliver biggest issue is he plays like a NT maybe because was forced to in college when he should be penetrating gaps not trying to make them himself. I was happy when we drafted him but in retrospect Jeffery Simmons be the better pick but I know he was coming off injury etc.

If we can cover Nico Collins we should be able to stop Houston's offense.

Ed is not our best Dlineman. Bosa is despite how bad he can look on run D.

I'll agree with your points but even without a top end outside WR we've had a top end offense. To me a top end NT to me make us a better team though. And no Ed Oliver is not a top end NT to me.

Give me the Bills plan over Bengals plan each and everytime. Does Myles Garrett fall in Bruce Smith level? Or because he's on lesser teams does he rank lower?

From a physical pov Randy Moss and Megatron better than Rice was. Yet didn't have benefit of coaching under Walsh who a top 10 NFL coach and arguably top 5 offensive minds.

The run defense needs to find a way to stop long runs. Not sure it players/scheme or both. Yet still plenty of weeks til playoffs to start to shore up schemes/get healthy. If anything this season is showing were still overall a top team in record and most stats except run defense.

I'd argue we have a top 5 starting RB and top 5 starting OL in the league. While we don't have a NFL #1 WR our WRs on the whole as a group above average. When Kincaid is in there he's a top 10 TE. Knox is an average #2 TE. So as a whole I think our offensive talent might be top 15 QB which hardly horrible. Just average. I'mMaybe I'm a homer in this thinking but an curious your thoughts on more talented teams? As teams like Cincy and Miami have better WRs they don't have the OL. Philly might have best starters in the league but depth to me weaker etc.
