  1. Was there ever a doubt. This guy is not only a true professional, but a great human being. For a long time he was the only guy who kept me interested in the Bills. Hopefully, those days are behind us. FREDDY BELONGS ON THE WALL!!
  2. Goodwin is hurt? You gotta be kidding me- he has been such a durable player!
  3. Our running game is so strong why would we even try him? (insert sarcasm)
  4. It didn't seem to me as if the gap has closed at all. The Pats continue to own this team, and the AFC east. We were out coached, out played and the fact that the ref's are in the Pats back pocket played a pretty big role as well. This issue is, how to deal with it. We do have some talent on this team, unfortunately years of neglect in the front office and coach staff is not so easy to undue. I know Pags implied everyone is safe. However, until we have professional quality people in the management and coaching positions, we will continue to be irrelevant in this league. Trust me, we are irrelevant. Brandon is not a football guy, Whaley is over his head, Marone is, at best, a medium college coach, Hacket is inept. I honestly don't know much about our scouting staff, but a honest review of our drafts that last 5 years shows that they have been below average. Just my two cents.
  5. Pagula could hate craft 6 hours per year- I will choose to hate him 24/7/365
  6. The Bills sucked today! That being said after the last two weeks it's clear that there are bias in this league. No way, playing perfectly the bills could have one. This is pure stink. Certain marque teams and players get the calls!
  7. I love the fact that the Bills are getting no respect- regionally or locally. They just need to keep their heads down and keep working. Flying under the radar is a good thing. Given the last 14 years I can't blame the media for not giving them any street cred. Hopefully, soon enough they will earn it back. Go Bills.
  8. I don't know why, but I just get the feeling that this team has a different attitude then years past. I like the mental toughness they have. The seem to be playing like a band of brothers. Could be too much koolaid drinking or we really could be on to something.
  9. Every day every week every year- a true professional
  10. It was a rough day for EJ today. I think that he has worked very hard and has been a role model off the field. I was very happy when the Bills drafted him, and like everyone had high hopes. Frankly, he just is not ready. I think the fact that he was injured twice last season made the coaches try to change his game. He was never a pocket passer and used his legs best. To try and make him a pocket passer for the first time while at the NFL level was impossible. With that being said, the Bills had no choice. I hope all his work and mental strategy sessions with other qbs helped his mental toughness to endure this. If history is any indication, he will get another chance in Buffalo. He needs to continue to stay focused and work hard. I think the writing was on the wall when his teammates declined to elect him to captain. If they felt he was the guy, he would have gotten the designation. Sitting back and learning is his best chance right now. His inaccuracy and misread percentage was way too high to be an effective qb at this time. Best wishes EJ your chance will come and hopefully this experience will serve you well. You are still a Bill and we will pull for you. In the mean time go Kyle.
  11. I thought it was his best game as a pro- solid reads, good pocket presence, didn't force anything and the best accuracy I have seen from him. Best indication yet that he could be the guy.
  12. Call me crazy - and I'm a negative guy- but this team has heart- something that obd has lacked for over a decade. Fun to watch! I thought ej had his best day as a pro today. Maybe he can be the guy. Hats off the players today- with all the emotion today they had to deliver and they did!
  13. Pictures are worth a thousand words! If those pictures fairly reflect the woopin this 4 year old took, ap is a criminal pure and simple. There is simply no justification for it. I can only image what was going through that 4 year olds mind and daddy was whooping him. Frankly, without down playing what rr did, this is just as bad if not worse. Did I say it yet the kid was 4 years old! The marks in the pictures are a week or so old- could you imagine the pain this kid experienced until the scabbed over? Disgusting. This guy has serious issues. Again, presuming the photos are an adequate representation.
  14. Guy has the heart of a lion- he will be a great coach when he's done in this league
  15. Agreed! I'm the first to be negative but what a win! Congrats to the team and shame on me!
  16. I'm eating crow too and it never tasted soooo good!
  17. Good - graham woods Freddie Bad- pass def Ugly- refs- while these games are not fixed per se- it's clear who the nfl wants to win and calls are made accordingly- the first quarter pi call was about as bad as it gets-
  18. Marone has lost this team already. That's what happens when you hire a neophyte. Sometimes you get what you pay for!
  19. I just get the feeling that Marone is the one who can't take the heat. Short at pressers, F. Jackson publicly not happy about spending 4 days in Pitt., now the Hughes comment. Without trying to overreact it seems like he's losing control. When Freddy said something it got me thinking. Apparently, the offense is not where he thought it would be. Hopefully it gets better, but given our 20 year history, I have some really negative feelings.
  20. Jim Kelly would never be part of any group that would move this team. To think otherwise is a slap in the face of the man that is the Bills. End of story!
  21. Frustration and disappointment are trademarks of being a Bills fan. However, putting a bit of perspective on this- the upcoming season has been and remains in the ability of EJ to develop. As EJ goes, so does the Bills.
