  1. There is only one way for Sammy to get out of the dog house with the fans. He must stay healthy and produce on the field. If he does that all will be forgotten. If he does not, he will have a miserable time in Buffalo. Sammy also has to realize that as a fan base, Bills' fans are much less caustic then most other cities. Some advise from a person with a petty little job to Sammy, smarten up, shut up and do whatever you can to stay on the field and produce.
  2. I'm wondering how Billicheat would react to Sammy's tweets?
  3. On an unrelated note- the tweet does not say much for a Clemson education!
  4. For me it's not the fact that he is injured- it's a brutal game. It's more about the fact that he spoke about not being targeted when he really is almost never health. He missed most of training camp when the new quarterback was building chemistry. Just SHUT up and do your job Sammy. You will never win a battle via the internet. You have to be smarter than the people who are critical of you. Ok- now everyone can attack me!
  5. Just another failed franchise experiment. Move on to the next. Frankly, I never saw the attraction to the guy.
  6. Nice guy I'm sure, but he does not have the body type to succeed in the NFL. He cannot stay healthy.
  7. I agree Armchair let's be fair. This year 11 receptions for 147 yards through six games, at this rate he is on pace for 30 catches for 401 yards. I know, it's the quarterback, the running back, the coaches, the (insert here) fault. The fact of the matter is he shot his mouth off when he was barely able to practice and get on the field. Now he just looks like a fool.
  8. Let's see- he's been on the team for a total of 22 games. So far he has missed significant portions of both training camps and all but 1 pre season games. He has had rib issues, calf issue, hip issue and now an ankle issue. He has missed two games this year. Last week, half of Miami game and 1/2 of yesterdays game. Yeah, I think we could officially call him injury prone. Good news is that his mouth works fine.
  9. Any coach with a backbone would have told brooks to get his helmet and go into the locker room. This team is a joke. Some ass who barely made the rooster taunting- I would cut him today, just to make an example of him. This is foolishness at its best.
  10. I'm sort of sick and tired of hearing how good Sammy is- PROVE IT and find a way to stay on the field- end of story
  11. Very very difficult to catch a ball when your in the hot tub because of injury Sammy. Stay healthy, be quiet and, if your that good, you'll get your shot. This is a team game. Throw me the ball even if my teammate is open- Are you kidding me. I will chalk this one up to being young, but it's worth keeping an eye on his discontent.
  12. I think the leading indicator is wins vs. losses.
  13. This team was way way too hyped up for this game. I was concerned all week with the talking and the bs. I hope the lesson is learned. We will see. A win next week would be a really really good thing.
  14. AW shot his mouth off all week, and likely during the game, so the fact that Pats players were not concerned does not surprise me. The Bills let their emotions get the best of them and hopefully its a lesson that was learned. With that said, I hope AW the best and wish him a full and speedy recovery.
  15. Who cares? He can go to all the cheater's games in Foxburo. Sorry, I could care less about some dude who wants to go to another teams stadium and cheer for the opposing team.
  16. In a fair game the Bills would win. I predict the refs will have many bs calls allowing the patsies to steal a close victory. Sorry folks, that's just the way the food chain works. Pats 28-24. GOD I HOPE I'M Wrong. My dream scenario is the Bills doing what the NFL couldn't do and that is take Brady out.
  17. For those who have read my posts over the years, you know I'm a glass half empty guy. I have a feeling that this may be the guy. He looks poised and in control. He has freakish athletic ability. We finally have an NFL caliber coaching staff. Thanks Terry. Not sure where we end up, but it's great to finally have an organization that is trying and working their a$$ off.
  18. Good! Bring him here week 2, if we are really a playoff team, we should beat him. Dear Tom: Watch out for a career ending injury in one of the first four games. Kara is a B word sometimes.
  19. Sort of a loaded question. I think the ultimate decision goes to the head coach. With that being said, like any organization, they will work to build a consensus. If the decision is really that close, then Roman will likely get the green light from Rex to make the call. As a side note, I was at practice last night. I have been in the anybody but Cassel boat since he was signed. To me his is just another quarterback destine to fail. However, it was clear to me that, at least last night, he was in total control of the field. His accuracy was clearly better then TT and EJ. I finally came to the conclusion that he could do the job. I still think that TT should be given the chance as he opens a completely separate dimension to the offense and has preformed well all throughout camp and the two preseason games. Overall, I have been impresses with all three quarterbacks this training camp. I really do think anyone could start. While none at this point in their career are the next coming if Peyton Manning, they are starters in this league. I think the real refreshing thing is that we finally have quality coaches that could get more out of the players then previous regimes. Bottom line is that there are valid and justifiable reasons for any of the three to start.
  20. Looking for two tickets to tonight's practice text or call 585-802-7666 thanks
  21. I really see no reason for dumping EJ. What is the negative, he is much better than Simms.
  22. Easy VanCity- no need to jump into attack mode. I think there would be a difference. I'm not at all justifying IK's actions. I am saying there would be a difference. It seems as if IK was signed based upon the Bills needs at the position, his history with Rex, and his ability. I think if (and it's an if) the Bills release EJ, the Pats would seek to pick him up, solely to gain an advantage over an opponent by pick up a player and picking his brain. If they pick him up it would be solely for that purpose. There is no need at the position, no history with the player. No need to go into attack mode, just my 2 cents.
  23. At this point I would have a concern about letting EJ go. I could see the Pats picking him up to pick his brain for week 2. It would be just another classless move by a classless organization.
  24. Thank you. I went to the channel 13 (abc) website and they said it will be shown live.
  25. Does anyone know if the game is going to be televised live in Rochester?
