this contract came totally out of the blue if I remember correctly... The story was the Bills are strapped with the cap and won't be able to do much that offseason... Then out of literally nowhere they signed Miller to a bazillion dollar contract for 20 years or whatever. My point? The cap isn't real. Just move some money around and keep it rolling until this contract can come off the books without killing the team.
