  1. As a YouTube TV and Amazon Prime subscriber, this is nothing but good news for me.
  2. Today is going to be a great day. Weather looks good down here in NC so I can finish my outside Xmas lights. Full day of football capped off by the Bills slapping around a bunch of frozen Fish. Let’s go, Buffalo! 17 and 3, BABY!!!!!!!!
  3. Wow. I go to the Gate every time I’m back, specifically for the wings. Never had the soup though…may give that a try because I’m a big fan of FOS.
  4. Either you're bored with nothing else to do, or you're an idiot. No NFL football game has ever been moved from Buffalo because of a forecast of a foot of snow. Case in point: the infamous snow game vs. the Colts came years after the Bills/Jets game was moved due to the 7-foot snow event.
  5. These are two pretty ridiculous posts. This is "normal" Buffalo weather, not "thunder snow" with accumulations of 6+ feet. There is no "precedent" set.
  6. LOL -- Miami is wearing all-whites and it will be snowing. Morons.
  7. I remember the ridicule and eyerolls I got about two months ago when I said SF might be the best or 2nd best team in the NFC.
  8. Hell of a win to get back to .500. Damn that 8-game losing streak. If they had just gone 4-4 they’d be the top WC right now. As it stands they are still only 5 pts out of a playoff spot through 31 games…not terrible. Anybody have details on Power? Would hate to lose him for any significant time.
  9. I think it is known that Kim Pegula likes the reds when there is a chance of snow for that reason…
  10. The 1st and most of the 2nd were an older, bigger team clogging things up and not letting Buffalo skate. The PPs changed everything in the 3rd and Anderson kept them in it until then. Fun game and amazing period.
  11. According to this link... I'm personally not a fan, but whatever. Squish the Fish!
  12. Always feel bad for guys to whom this happens...especially on a completely harmless play like that. Hope he bounces back.
  13. And this gem. But you're not, Jerry...you're not. Sayonara.
  14. Gotta fix the slot problem. I was not a guy pounding the pavement for this move, but at least you'd think he is healthy...and there is no questioning the connection he had with Josh. Still think a healthy Crowder would fix our issues...
  15. RIP Coach. Who here doesn't remember our dear, departed @The Senator's constant yearning for the Bills to hire Leach as our HC!
  16. Sully is grasping the last hanging bit of rope that is relevance…this remark may finally pry his fingers off and let him fall. With respect to his actual comment: I think sometimes a lot of folks — in the media and otherwise — forget that the key word here is “fan.” Not owner, investor, player, or coach. Not everybody wants to “critically analyze” their sports teams, they just want a diversion and something they can enjoy with other fans guilt free. I take the Bills “seriously” but I see no point in the obsessive critique and second-guessing by those who have neither input nor control of what actually happens. You have a choice — watch them or don’t. I know players and coaches make mistakes — all the time. What do I gain from ruminating about it? I’ll say what I’ve been saying all year. This is a fun and very good — possibly great — Bills team. Enjoy the ride.
  17. Damn, son, where've you been?
  18. I really, really hate to channel Dick Jauron at a time like this, but what he said is 100% accurate: it is hard to win in the NFL. The Bills have been hit with multiple and continuous challenges this season and have still managed to make it to this point. They have as good a chance to hoist the Lombardi trophy as any team in the league. Too many people were “expecting” blowouts each week after the hot start. Every team goes through peaks and valleys. The Bills aren’t perfect, but no other team is as well. KC nearly blew a 27-point lead to the awful Broncos and lost earlier this year to the Colts. Miami is suddenly in a free fall. Baltimore is down to their 3rd QB. Dallas needed a 98-yard drive to beat the lowly Texans at home. Enjoy the ride. Go Bills!!! 17 and 3, BABY!!!!!!
  19. I don’t think any RB can have sustained success behind this OL. Blackshear would have the same 1-2 yard gains Cook and Motor have.
  20. The drops have to stop! About five or six again today that absolutely killed the offense’s momentum. When do we think Crowder can be back? Loved the physicality of punishing Mike White after he went down. All of the hits were textbook clean as well. No turnovers! It was ugly but a much needed W. Keep the train rolling. Go Bills! 17 and 3, BABY!!!!!!
  21. What are you talking about? They have regularly beaten the snot out of teams.
  22. We’ll agree to disagree.
