  1. Smh...you cant flood the airport and one bills drive AND THEN post this...lmao. Actually heartily laughed out loud reading this bull mess...
  2. Would be interesting to see us hold the 2 seed and PIT lands the 6 seed and have to come back to Buffalo for a playoff game...
  3. Steve Levy is the one I cannot stand. His voice bothers me so much I tend to mute the game for periods. I hope Romo makes this a career.
  4. I am so tired of hearing every media outlet with the "3 games in 14 days" BS. You generally play 3 games in 14 days, wow! Personally, I would see the Sunday game to Thursday game as a more challenging transition...4 days instead of 7. That's significantly less time. Its like the media wants a built in excuse for PIT to lose. I hate it.
  5. The CLE and NE games made me about face in my FF league. I have Allen and Diggs. Championship week is week 16. Last time Allen played NE, he had 150 yards and no passing TDs (he did have 1 rushing). After seeing Herbert and the LAC offense get smothered today and the fact that we will be playing them in NE, I started looking around. I laughed at the thought of Baker Mayfield, even with his performance today, but then I looked at the schedule. Week 16 - CLE vs. NYJ. I put in my waiver claim immediately. I think we still beat the tar out of NE; I just don't think it will be pretty. I don't see MIA as a threat even with their record. Not sold on 2020 Tua. Maybe the 2021 version will be something to strike fear.
  6. When watching football I max out at yelling profanities. However, I recently was experience interference in Bluetooth and wireless USB signals that I had been unable to pinpoint and I lost my shat and repeatedly smashed my keyboard on my desk 4-5 times. Keys went flying everywhere. Honestly, it felt a bit therapeutic. Good thing I use the same $30 keyboard/mouse combo. Went and bought a new set at Office Depot and continued to troubleshoot. After cleaning up the mess of course... I think the difference to me is that I cannot control what the Bills or their opponents do, but I should be able to control my own ability to troubleshoot a PC issue, so it bothered me more. Logitech K360 in case anyone was interested.
  7. He threw the ball at the guy who ran him out of bounds. The ref just saw the ball come flying at the player. He didn't see that Moss wasn't even facing that way and just threw the ball behind him...and hit the player. This goes to the point where a flurry of unsportsmanlike conduct calls can change how refs view a team/play.
  8. Thanks for that, I didn't know that. Curious to see who grabs him.
  9. https://www.prideofdetroit.com/2019/9/1/20843224/nfl-waiver-wire-rules-priority-order-practice-squad-2019#:~:text=Players are “waived” if they, practice squads%2C if eligible). Players are “waived” if they have fewer than four years of experience in the NFL. Those players are placed on the waiver wire and subject to claims.
  10. He is going to want to start. He isn't going to sign here to fight with Davis for WR4, with a possible temp role as WR3 with Brown out. I also think that could hurt Davis' development as he would move to a reserve role. However, if Brown is expected to miss significant time, then I might be a bit softer to the idea, but I don't recall hearing that...
  11. Just occurred to me that with the news coming out of Cincinnati, there will be 3 starting QBs named Allen. And I expect NFL/ESPN to keep writing articles about one of them and simply use 'Allen' in their headlines to piss me off.
  12. Stream ATL vs NO due to fantasy, then stream MIA vs DEN for AFCE implications. All while putting up plastic on the windows.
  13. Not sure if he belongs with the RBs, but he is def not top 10 statistically as a QB. 25th in yds, 26th in comp %, 17th in TDs and 18th in QBR. Not bad for a QB in a run first/option play offense, but there is no rationale for inclusion in top 10 QB in the league. Even if we look at rushing, he only has 3 rushing TDs on the season.
  14. Yeah, you lost me with that grade with those stats, especially compared to your other grades.
  15. Get a bucket to catch all that sky...
  16. Super glad I left Allen, Diggs and Henry in. My QB replacement would have been Matt Ryan, who put up an amazing 6.94 points...
  17. If that were the case, it would have been easier to simply not disclose the positive test...
  18. I hear you. I just took out Allen, Diggs and Henry...then said f-it and put them back in...
  19. His tweet was not ambiguous or confusing. #readingcomprehension I am not fully on board with the 'they have 2 more days to game plan than we do so they have a massive advantage' train, but have fun on that ride. Biggest issue in my opinion is day by day, they don't know who to game plan for. i am sure they are focusing on TEN, but I am also sure that someone in the building has been frantically prepping KC film as well. To another poster's point, I almost hope there is another positive, so the schedule can lock down and the team and get back to normal practice/game prep as they would on any normal week.
  20. Weird flex but ok... Is that still a thing?
  21. It felt really weird reading this in the Start'em Sit'em column...
  22. Get back under your bridge...
  23. In years past I would never draft Bills payers in fantasy. Partly because of the homer comments and partly because very few were statistically good due to the teams lack of success and troubles at QB. Every once in a while I might pick up their D or their RB, but certainly not one of their WRs or QB. Its 2020. I didn't expect to be watching football. I also didn't expect to be in a fantasy league. I drafted Allen and Diggs. Being excited about the Bills winning AND fantasy football success normally don't go together, but hot damn. Unrelated but crazy; Matt Ryan has similar stats as Allen in the first two weeks. 700+ yards and 6 TDs. The Falcons are 0-2.
  24. I wasn't looking at one year, but thanks. Mayfield, Darnold, and Rosen all experienced dysfunction/turnover at the GM and or HC/coaching staff level and I would grade their 'success' (over 2 years and YTD) as markedly below Jackson and Allen. Edited to correct "3 years"
