  1. "The King vs. the Praetorian"
  2. Very few times in life have I been this relieved to have taken Monday off. At 40-25, I knew we had time; I just thought they had us outpaced. I knew we needed a turnover. I assumed if we got one, it would be Jackson. Never expected Henry. I have been down on Coleman. A river was crossed tonight as far as my view on him. And the chili was great!
  3. Obviously it depends on the details, but outside of "here just click this link" pirating, I see it as an activity that requires some skill, knowledge and a willingness to keep current as in most cases, a pirated service for shows, movies, sports isnt simply a one and done ordeal. I feel likel my saving some level of $ due to my skill, knowledge, and willingness to stick with it (changing software, updating software, having the correct ISP, premium billing changing countries) is fair. Such a small % of the population have these attributes that like with most large companies, there is always an expected margin of write off. There are times that out of convenience, I will simply pay for services. The last few years I turn on Hulu Live TV for the football season as it covers most games. Hell, at times I will hook up my 3 foot wide antennae so I dont havw the delay (I live less than a mile and a half from the stadium). And one of, if not the most beneficial reasons I have my set up, is to access old stuff. If you want to watch all of Star Trek: Next Gen right now, you can find it after some hunting. I type in the search bar. Not without it's own investment costs. I have multiple media PCs set up around the house at $350 a pop. I have to avoid certain ISPs who tattle *cough*Spectrum*cough*. I also pay an offshore 'company' for premium sourcing. Then of course all the PC maintinence and reconfigurations when Interpol get lucky. I am in the write off margin. Technically not, as I appears as simply a non-customer. I grew up poor and watched Adelphia --> Spectrum just rip people off for half my life. I also do not share/teach/provide to others. The more that can do the thing, the wider the margin gets. I believe I have written this in a way that does not offend the terms of service of the site. No links and no info that could be used to do illegal things, but if I have that wrong, please delete.
  4. I am 47. My first season watching football was 1990 (yeah, I know). So, OJ doesnt really tick any boxes for me. I am just curious what triggered the post. Birth day? Death day? Bronco speeding down the highway day? Just sitting there drinking a Miller Highlife and decided an OJ post was what was missing from this 90 degree day? My brain gets hung up on how other brains work. That being said, I do enjoy seeing older fans revel in their memories of football past. I suppose I am getting there myself with Okoye, Bo Jackson, Cunningham, Mr. #78 filling my mind with happy memories.
  5. Not a favorite game, but one that always comes to mind. 2006 Week 11 @ HOU. Lee Evans catches two 83 yard TDs. For whatever reason, I was listening to it on the radio instead of watching it.
  6. I didnt hate the pick due to need and speed, but I did want a DT. Harmon was a pipe dream, so here we are. Then I realized this was the guy hugging all the other first round picks and I am now completely enamored with this dude. #gobills
  7. BAU. I will turn it on late to see the Bills trade back into day 2, then go to bed. Friday should be exciting.
  8. They way he likes to fight and swing helmets around, I would call him if I need help in a bar fight, but for that kind of $, we need a players that isn't going to follow a 40 yard compeltion with a 15 yard penalty on first down. Emotional maturity is a thing.
  9. Swapping QBs 2/3 the way through a playoff game is basically waving the white flag.
  10. I don't watch college ball, so I dont know if any of the QB prospects are "suck for Luck" worthy, but if so, I wouldn't rule out them possibly drafting 'the guy' and then moving Maye in that instance.
  11. Signed up for the Prime free trial...and they immediately charged me $10.70...lol. Might be a temp hold, but that is an odd amount.
  12. Ok, so I know the game is on Prime and NFL+, but even as local market it isn't on a local channel? Just trying to confirm before I text my daughter for her Prime details.
  13. I picture this hanging up in the Bills locker room while McDermott stands in front of it furiously clapping have tourettes-like outburts.
  14. If Kelce actually knocked Reid to the ground, do you think they would have sat him?
  15. Sneed is KC's Hughes.
  16. Whenever a Bills player has the ball in their hand this season, I get excited.
  17. Sir, this is a Wendy's. btw, capsloc
  18. If the purpose of media is to keep us engaged; keep us glued to the set; keep us on the edge of our seats....well f***'n done.
  19. Since you opted to 'clarify' and not 'edit your OP', everyone who reads is is going to immediately have a response similar to many that it is a blant false statement. If you want real discourse on the validity of divisions, you may want to actually go back and edit the OP.
  20. That is in no way what I am saying. Nice try to veer things into than angle...lol. Wins are in part (this is an important part here) due to player(s) excelling at their roles on the field. So, if a team has the most wins, that team is likely to be favored to host an array of end of season titles. A less discussed aspect of the MVP award is the value the play has on the team (who would they be without said player). Honestly, that aspect is often overlooked.
  21. Fine, lets walk the entire candyland board...How does a team get the most wins?
  22. How does a team get the best regular season record?
  23. Haha, they got Moss'ed! for 3 yards....wait, that's not the reference?
  24. Also better recieving options. Although J Taylor being back could be an issue...
  25. ***** and grab even... Apparently sn*tch is a banned word...
