  1. I think most of us would like to have him back. I think the OP is trying to find out if we want him back compared to what it would cost. My guess is it would be somewhere in the 5-6 million per year range to keep him. Something like 3 years 16-18 million, with 6 million guaranteed. At that price point I'm on the fense with a slight lean towards letting him go. Do you guys think my projection is high?
  2. Cut Fitz, resign T. Jackson to a one year deal, and trade back into the late 1st round and draft Zac Dysert.
  3. "This defense still calls upon a pass rusher on the line of scrimmage" I think it's going to cost some money, but signing Kyle Moore is going to prove to be very important. Obviously Byrd and Levitre will get most of the attention by fans, and should, but I'd be as disappointed if Moore leaves.
  4. Anderson is a tackle?
  5. 10 Free Agents? That's a tall order.
  6. Tough to say probable, after all there are many teams looking for a QB. I'd say if the Bills are serious about getting a QB, they are going to have to come back into the late first round to pass all those teams ahead of us. The ones that will pass on a QB with their first round pick.
  7. Yes there is, Buffalo New York.
  8. You don't even have the Qb I think the Bills should draft in the 2nd round Zac Dysert being drafted?
  9. I'm not sure that happened this year. Only three teams wanted to meet with him out of 7 this year. I agree teams will be calling, but jobs like the Eagles don't open up often. Of course no one knows if he just made the decision to go back. The Bills quickly moved on after the interview, it was either because they felt he wasn't interested or they chose to not pursue him. Unlike most, I believe it's possible the Bills said nah.
  10. Here's my speculation. I love a coach that has that confident way they carry themselves, and I think Chip has that. I wonder if it turned to arrogance. I think he may have went on these interviews thinking he was interviewing the teams. I think the all the sudden business like Bills were far too serious to bother with him and the Eagles don't strike me as an organazition to beg for anyone. He was then left with Cleveland and said oh crap I better reconsider.
  11. You're the rude one. You make people read your post without the coutesy of seeing if someone else made the same post. Waisting the folks readings time. What's snotty is saying I don't have to read every post to see if this has been said, I'm so important they can just read it again from me if it had.
  12. I disagree. I think Nix built a talented team with excellent depth through the draft, keeping our own talent, and very little free agency signings. Gailey didn't build an identity and mesh it.
  13. I live in Charlotte NC where there are a plethora of NC State grads. They are shocked Glennon is getting this kind of attention, because he is scared to throw deep. They say he can throw the ball 75 yards, but choses to throw it 5 too much.
  14. I don't want him. I think his overly dramatic delivery gets old and players start tunning it out. Cliche statements amusing for tv, but I want someone a bit more serious.
  15. Yeah the other 15 people that mentioned him in this thread want him back too.
  16. My choice too. Posters have been replying to my several mentions saying he isn't an NFL QB. I think he throws a perfect over hand ball. His throwing mechanics in the pocket and the run remind me of Rodgers a lot. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmMa5Nv2zoI
  17. It may very well have been a "token" interview, what's in question is on who's part.
  18. The interesting part for me is who the owner Irsay thinks is more responsible. Certainly it's Arians or Luck and not Pagano, albeit he did serve as motivation. Could this prove to be a problem for the Colts who will probably lose Ariens who may be the one who deserves credit for developing Luck and leading the team to 10-6? Then end up with Pagano who no one really knows can coach yet.
  19. Heck of a coach as I understand.
  20. But coaches only care about good weather. That's the overwhelming reason every coach will pick San Diego first.
  21. I get where you're going with CJ, and there's different ways to determine great. He's never going to be Foster or Peterson great, he's just not that kind of runner. Also great is often tied with longevity. But he has greatness in him and that's not debatable IMO.
  22. What a refreshing Happy New Year post.
  23. Yes if we just wait on Luck and Newton we should get them.
  24. I wasn't commenting on Buffalo and Spring. I was talking about NC. And I never said Buffalo was a more attractive place than SD. Who in their right mind would despute the weather being better in SD than Buffalo? I just said it plays a much smaller part in a coaches decision than you like to insist.
  25. I honestly wouldn't. I love the weather in NC (even the rainy days). I've never been that far West but I like seasons. In regards to coaches, I think things like weather play a very minor part in their decision.
