You go to the extremes - then come back to using words like "tempered, reality, decent" Now you want me to tell you what your expectations are.
Again, I think you're a nice person - but you're the most confusing poster to understand.
Didn't you just say?
"Lot of my optimism was around the additions of Shaq and Reggie.
One was mangled from the get go, the other out for the year. Tear it down, burn it. !@#$ it."
I feel really bad for this young man. He's no doubt worked his butt off to be an NFL player - doing everything right and about to start for an NFL team in his rookie year - and then this.
Speedy recovery Reggie!
Yeah the way those body surfers were holding their arm out to glide - looked like a shoulder problem waiting to happen. No way would I risk an injury doing that if I'm a pro football player. Looks fun though.
No no, I meant when he was a rookie and going through camp and pre-season he just looked like he had that same mean streak in him - but since then he's been a disaster. I had hopes he'd be that type of player is all I was saying.
Aaron Donald is one freak of nature.
It made me so glad we don't have their WR situation.
I'm glad we have Tyrod.
Gurley is going to be real good with rare size and speed.
Seems like a mess to have an entire group of people move to another city - then to have to concentrate on football.
I agree with this post. He so reminded me of Steve Smith with that attitude and toughness. Been a big disappointment for me that he is just one of those guys that can't take the physicality of the NFL.
This sucks for sure - but let's not lump each of these injuries together. Strength and conditioning has little to do with avoiding spraining your ankle.
I didn't profess to be an expert or that he's right - jut pointed out that's one of his big beliefs. I guess you just need to try and reach out to those working with House and convince them. I don't know the difference between alkaline water and foods that promote alkaline forming but Brady has been doing it for a while.

House is about health and healthy throwing through mechanics. He's not an X's and O's coach - which is the reason athletes go to him. A lot of his stuff (maybe intentionally) goes over my head - but I've adopted a lot of his drills with my sons (baseball) to help alleviate throwing injuries.
Just follow another team. It's not the team that's stupid - it's you for following them and posting thousand and thousands of times about them. You're your own problem.
