  1. How could any medical and training staff allow him to walk off to the side? I bet they didn't even help him get on the cart.
  2. I love to eat soup quickly before it cools off too much.
  3. Because there isn't one. The draft is important - but it's a crapshoot.
  4. This sucks for sure - but let's not lump each of these injuries together. Strength and conditioning has little to do with avoiding spraining your ankle.
  5. I could see all those guys being the next guy to win their first.
  6. Sign Hardy - right now, and play a ton of 4-3 until the rooks get back.
  7. It would be great if some of our offensive players started getting hurt, wouldn't it?
  8. I would like the Bills to sign Whitner asap
  9. Selling the naming rights doesn't mean the ONLY thing he cares about his profit.
  10. I didn't profess to be an expert or that he's right - jut pointed out that's one of his big beliefs. I guess you just need to try and reach out to those working with House and convince them. I don't know the difference between alkaline water and foods that promote alkaline forming but Brady has been doing it for a while. https://www.bostonglobe.com/sports/2014/12/12/tom-brady-meticulous-health-regimen-revealed-article/4VpDoru88XQj7FxpKIQwIK/story.html House is about health and healthy throwing through mechanics. He's not an X's and O's coach - which is the reason athletes go to him. A lot of his stuff (maybe intentionally) goes over my head - but I've adopted a lot of his drills with my sons (baseball) to help alleviate throwing injuries.
  11. We will know soon enough but you already do, that's cool.
  12. Just follow another team. It's not the team that's stupid - it's you for following them and posting thousand and thousands of times about them. You're your own problem.
  13. You don't make it the majors without knowing quit a bit about pitching. Do most players teach themselves?
  14. Thanks - nice write up
  15. Monday should tell us where we are - and these options might very well need to be pursued.
  16. If you make it to the Majors, you don't suck.
  17. How is it called getting a second opinion when the first is an MRI that's inconclusive?
  18. He's just so miserable and it's annoying.
  19. Yeah anybody can pitch in the major league. You did right? I bet your door is getting knocked down for throwing advice.
  20. WR is one of the best battles to watch in the pre-season games. I thought the signings were going to look a little better once they got on the field.
  21. Rugby has it's own issues with concussions (as obviously you personally know). Some recent studies have shown that there's 4.6 catastrophic injuries per 100,000 players annually - compared to 1.0 per 100,000 in American Football. Rugby is an extremely violent sport and concussions are on the rise. They are totally different sports and their chronic issues are different ie spine and neck injuries in Rugby are very prevalent. I get that their technique of putting the head to the side and driving with the shoulder may be safer for the tackler - but they are most definitely trying to "blow up" guys. In terms of tackling and keep in mind I didn't play Rugby - but IMO there's one big difference and that's the size of the players.
  22. He's a throwing coach and I've been listening to him personally for years - getting excellent pitching drills for my kids. Alkaline water is something he believes in strongly. He's legit, IMO.
  23. Great work again, Astro. Many thanks. It almost seemed like you were emphasizing OVER THE MIDDLE, for some reason, haha.
