I think Johnson, Nelson, Chandler and Smith are way better than the rest of that crowd. What has happened to the once proud Special Teams. I don't think so. We are still 2-3 starters away including a starting DE, a starting LT and a starting OLB. It is more of an over-matched coaching situation.....Jeff Fisher....please...you can turn this around....I know you can.

Two comes to mind: 1. The day Phillips was fired for not firing his buddy as the ST coach. Ever since Wade left the building, we have had a string of horrible defense except for that one year when we beat the Pats 31-0 in the season opener. 2. The day Marv Levy became the GM of this franchise. Ever since that season, it has been a downward spiral. Even in the years of Williams and Mularkey there was always hope. Not with Jauron and now with Gailey. Levy came and did a damage that we have not recovered from, starting with the drafting of Donte Whitner when you had Ngata on your face. This franchise has not been the same since then...We are truly the laughing stock of the NFL!

Why ? What has Edwards done in two seasons to deserve a third year...That would be telling the Bills fan that we (the Bills) don't make any adjustments.

If Peyton is healthy, the Colts are going to play Peyton even if they draft Luck. With the decreased cost for draft picks, the Colts are in no push to trade Peyton, unless there is some desperate offer from say the Jets (who think they are close to a championship) or Houston (If Matt Schaub cannot come back from his injury, which some doubt he will).

That is a good 3-4 defensive coordinator that I would love to have.

Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch scored a touchdown in his eighth straight game on Thursday night against the Eagles. He finished the game with 148 yards on 22 carries, his long going for 40 yards. Lynch scored twice for the Seahawks as they beat the Eagles, 31-14. On one run it looked like Philadelphia stopped him, but Lynch broke free for a 15-yard touchdown run. He kept his legs moving as it seemed some Eagles defenders thought Lynch was down. Lynch continued to make Philly defenders look silly with his ability to make people miss. Lynch was the first back since Week 9 to go over 100 yards versus the Eagles defense. Lynch has gone over the century mark in four of his last five games for the Seahawks. He continues to carry Seattle and keep them in the playoff hunt. Lynch scores TDs. We ran him out of town and spent a 9th overall pick on Spiller :wallbash:

I see Fisher ending up in Philly. Dallas will make it to the playoffs, so not sure if Garrett gets fired. Another one who may retire is Coughlin especially if they don't make the playoffs. Arizona could fire wisenhunt. The question for us is: Is there any good 3-4 DC out there that can come in and salvage this defense.

No. We need a good DC. Gailey is fine as a OC. He needs talent on the offense. On the other hand, we have talent on the defense, but a horrible coaching staff.

And why has Fitz forgotten David Nelson since the 1st quarter. If there is Brad Smith, Nelson on the field with Johnson, one of them should be getting open.

That was an insane kick...Gailey gambled. That was too risky to take a 53 yard FG by your scrub kicker. If we miss the FG, we give the Bills the ball @ their own 43 yard line. Unbelievable.
