  1. No Pacman Jones, Sherman ??
  2. Williams is up for the "Never Say Never Moment" and Robey is up for Rookie of the Week. You can vote for them as many number of times you want. Geno Smith has been nominated for both the categories. http://www.nfl.com/voting/never-say-never/2013/REG/7 http://www.nfl.com/voting/rookies/2013/REG/7
  3. I think a lot of credit should go to their position coach. Once Gilmore heals, he will get him ready, We are still weak at the LB position.
  4. We might have four QBs on the roster, but one is injured for the next few weeks (Manuel), one is green behind his ears (Tuel) and one is still coming up to speed on the Playbook (Flynn). That leaves us with ONE starting QB on the team. Not sure if I could stomach another Tuel Time!!!
  5. Or bring it to the 5 yard line and then Kneel down.
  6. Tuel had played extremely confidently in the pre-season. No coach is going to put him in on the PS and promote Lewis. When the real bullets flew, Tuel was not ready. Coach admitted so much about the decision and rightly made the switch. There is no easy way to find this without seeing it first hand.
  7. I think that was the year we had Bryce Paup on the other side and he had something like 17 sacks. Both Bruce and Bryce benefited from having the other on the opposite side. You mean Clabo!
  8. And yet on the last play of the game, he almost blew it by not bringing the QB down who was in his grasp. It could have cost us the game
  9. The thing that will hurt us most is that all our FOUR losses are in the Conference and our loss to the Jets within the division.
  10. Unfortunately for them, there will be too many of the front seven from the Chiefs that will be selected to the Pro-Bowl. I don't think Dareus and Kyle Williams have any chance. Mario also will be having super competition from Hali, Mathis, Suggs etc. I wouldn't be surprised if none of the Bills actually make it to the pro-bowl on 1st ballot, may be as alternates later on.
  11. Run defense is a mindset and sure tackling. We definitely let the Dolphin's running backs rush more yards after contact.
  12. It may not be an apple-to-apple comparison. Different injuries have different pain levels and each individual has different tolerance levels/
  13. Doesn't the "hurry up" part by definition start after the first few first downs that keeps the chains moving....
  14. You mean another Retread who would have brought the same failed system.
  15. And he seems to have fixed his fumbling problem this year.
  16. No. The chiefs are winning because a stupendous defense. That chiefs defense sent five players to the ProBowl last year in spite of their record. I don't think our defense can match the talent on that Chiefs defense.
  17. Donnie Henderson is a good position coach. He has already made McKelvin and A. Williams into good players not to mention Robey. Once Gilmore can heal completely, I think Donnie will produce.
  18. We have beaten the Super Bowl champions and almost pulled off with the Patriots and the Bengals...Sometimes luck is all the difference between two NFL teams. If the ball bounces your way then you win games.
  19. Toronto game is simple Math....The Bills get guaranteed money whether Toronto sells it out or not. That guaranteed money is significantly more than what they will make at the gates for a sold out game in RWS. Where it hurts is the folks who run the concessions stands. They get to make money from one less game.
  20. Our Special Teams continues to be an embarrassment.
  21. Especially playing his 4th string QB and Gimpy Running Backs.
  22. Agreed on the WR. Where was Goodwin today? Since there was such a fierce pass rush the whole day, why didn't try a reverse with him and TJ. The OL as a whole played very poorly. Spiller and Jackson (other than that big 15 yard run) were crushed most of the day. I hope one day I do get to see the dominating run defense that Mt. Washington and Bruce Smtih created.
  23. The guy is shorthanded by the lack of a QB. When teams stack up the box and stop the Run and we cannot throw the ball, the blame cannot go on Hackett. Thankfully, he called a conservative game to minimize the Miami fearsome pass rush and reduce chance of turnover. Eventually, the team that turned the ball over more *LOST* the game.
