The Tampa game is a home game for us. We should leverage our home field advantage to negate any advantage with that team.

In Allen's own words - "Ty Johnson is the best 3rd down back in the NFL". If we don't know how to use our weapons then adding yet another player is not going to help you.

Josh Allen Returns to MVP Form-- Jim Kubiak BN
ganesh replied to Casey D's topic in The Stadium Wall
It’s truly a team game and if you add a true #1 WR then as a defense it is impossible to stop them. -
not sure this was posted but Hoecht deserves some love

And Ed Oliver. He was playing phenomenal this year -

and with Kincaid developing a good chemistry with Allen, this team could be deadly come playoffs...assuming the defense holds up its end of the bargain -
Serious question how good are 7-2 AFC teams (and LAC at 6-3)
ganesh replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
How do they even catch the ball if Daniel Jones is not good. -
Ideally, they should have gone for the 4th down instead of kicking the field goal. Even if they don't make it (as long as they don't take a sack) the Bills would have gained another 8 yards than the missed FG. And if they make the 1st down, then they simply can run out the clock. It was possibly the right decision among the three choices.

The offense did have a chance to close out the game the last two years in the playoffs at the end of the game and came up empty. Some blame does go to this elite offense.

Hot Take: “Old Joe” Flacco exposing what some (including me) suspected…

not at all. Burrow is elite...his quick release is a killer. -
could have should have would have !!! Team definitely would have been awesome..We also could have stayed put in the 2018 draft and drafted Lamar Jackson and kept our bounty of 2nd round picks.. So many iffs

The biggest issue for most of the fans are the two losses. We were supposed to blowout those two upcoming teams; instead we allowed their young guns to be better than the reigning MVP. The offense played poorly in those two games. The play calling was poor. We still had a chance to win both the games. If we scored the TD on that last drive against the patriots instead of the FG then we would have forced them to needing a TD and we didn’t. bottom line, those losses hurt us so much that (and the way we lost) fans are not willing to acknowledge this accomplishment of the offense Agree. This year our depth at WR/TE and RB is miserable. It has taken time for Moore and Palmer to get in sync with Allen. May be that will be a game changer in the 2nd half of the season

Let's take a second to appreciate James Cook

That would be Keith McKellar...the K-gun was named after him. Another K-gun offense in the making. Still Missing Andre Reed replacement -

Who is the new Andre Reed ? 🙂 We showed it in the game against the Chiefs....something that we should have done in the 4th quarter in the AFCC and that result would have been different. -

They are all playing easy schedules except for Broncos as they have to face the chiefs and the chargers twice. The Bills need to take care of their business and win the games they are supposed to win and they would be 8-0 today. -
Maybe they tried and couldn’t work it out. Remember, it takes two hands to clap. the Bills are tight under the Salary cap. They have aging players such as Jones, Johnson, Milano with large salaries and cap hits. they have young guns such as Hoecht, Oliver on IR and cannot contribute and yet their salaries count against the cap them they have players who they paid big bucks but not delivered like Samuel, Knox, Bernard, White, Shakir, Palmer and finally, their cost control players such as Davis, Williams, Coleman , Bishop (KC game could turn his career) have not stepped and contributed significantly. The Bills can partake their draft picks but without offloading salary they cannot really make big decisions

Since the TE did't block him, he kinda got surprised...may be he thought Mahomes was going to drop one over him to the releasing TE. Baffled.

Agreed.... 'The cook is in the kitchen' is getting very old and lame.

A Few Thoughts about the Chiefs Game - Community Edition
ganesh replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
He almost made it. Also he was on the injury report with a Groin injury. That might have affected his angle of kicking. On the other hand, if we didn't take those timeouts, those would have been easy completions due to the mismatch. For example, the timeout at the 1 yard line was done because the Chiefs OL had the big bodies and our DL had lighter guys...the Chiefs would have walked in.
