  1. We still need to play with the big boys. This LB corps will know how much they have progressed, when they meet the Patriots in a couple of weeks. Trying to stop Gronk and Bennett is going to be a challenge. Rex Ryan better dial up some real good pressure on Brady.
  2. This (and the absence of Watkins) has really killed the deep ball. Watkins dominated the 2nd half of last year. We are missing that
  3. You can't have a revolving door at the GM, HC and QB position in the NFL. You will never win. Tyrod has his shortcomings but he has done a great job protecting the football and playing conservatively.
  4. We don't know that yet. They haven't had TT attempt many passes. BTW they were able to match up with the Jets in the shoot out...just came short.
  5. Why not? It is in our own backyard. If Rex and the D can apply pressure on Brady we always have a chance
  6. And running on the right side of the offense. Balance!!!
  7. Hughes is really playing at a different level this year.
  8. I am all for it if we can get it done. If we don't lose a game till that showdown, then we could be in first place after that game. Never thought about it....But let us first take care of the 49ers.
  9. The problem is that there are still too many competitive (but very flawed) teams on the AFC side for the 2 wild card spots. Buffalo, Baltimore, Oakland, Houston, Kansas City and even the Bengals.
  10. You mean from the Buffalo Bills?
  11. +1. THey just have to continue to work TT into the game. He made some really critical and difficult throws when the game was on the line. Remember they were also playing a touch Rams defense on the road on the West Coast.
  12. I think Benett would disagree.. He had 3 TDs catches
  13. Shady Alexander Robey
  14. Which in today's parlance means "average" I think some of that can attributed to a putrid offense.
  15. It is all about converting 3rd downs and keeping the drives alive.
  16. As much as what you would expect a 3rd Round DL to play...Like a rookie
  17. Hopefully he works out like Jerry Hughes did for us
  18. Close out games in the 4th quarter. Successful teams know how to move the chains and kill the clock. This team is yet to learn that, but there was a start at Foxboro on Sunday
  19. And yet as a Bills player, he never did anything stupid!!!!!
  20. Not surprising...Alexander is Ryan's guy having played earlier for him in NY. He knows the system and he adapts to that system Because Mario was always in front of him and being a lazy ass.
  21. It also means that the players have finally adopted the system and vice versa. Players are now making plays with natural instincts rather than guessing,
  22. And this opponent is leading the NFC West with a 3-1 record and just knocked off the Cardinals on the road!
  23. Agree. The OL played very well especially against a talented Patriots front-7. They gave Tyrod a lot of time to find his receivers and he overthrew. He needs to fix that.
  24. What I am missing from Tyrod is the consistency. He had a great first half. The Patriots bottled him up in the 2nd half. He needs to figure out better ways to get everyone involved and move the chains. Some of his long ball yesterday were inaccurate. We could have scored and shutdown this game in the 3rd quarter itself. The good part is TT is a learner and hopefully he will continue to improve.
  25. We got to win at home. If we win the next few games, then the crowd will be behind the team
